It has been completely re-furbished throughout, the property has a comfortable double bedroom, a twin bedded room, one bathroom with shower, a modern, fully kitted kitchen and a big open space used as dining-living area, overlooking the lake from the balcony.

From the house you can walk to the beautiful beach in front of the island of Comacina which you can get to by private boat just in five minutes and enjoy a very special dinner there at the infamous The Locanda restaurant.

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area

Lake Como is popular for its mild climate with the gentle breeze coming off the lake fanning the heat!

Lenno area

Ossuccio enjoys a sunny aspect on the west side of the lake and is ideally situated to visit all parts of the lake. The lake side garden here, in the heart of the village is just 10 minutes walk and is popular for sunbathing, enjoying a drink, sunbathing or taking a dip in the lake! Restaurants, bars and a bank can all be found in the village.

Lenno (Villa Balbianello-James Bond) with the water ferry accessing all parts of the lake is just 3 mins drive with supermarket.Villa Carlotta (Tremezzo) with it's majestic gardens is just a short drive and Bellagio is only a water taxi or ferry ride away!

Como city and Switzerland are just 1/2 an hour away and another 30 mins will take you to Milan or Monza for the Formula1 Grand Prix! Cleaning Costs.

There is a final cleaning cost of €70 when staying for one week & €90 when staying for two weeks with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price.

Short Breaks.

3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff

We offer a range of facilities, which are available for hire through our office ‘Happy Holiday Homes’ in Menaggio:

Mountain Bikes - EU 60 per week,

Internet Access - EU 15 per week,

Air Conditioning- EU 80 per week, (only if the property has an AirCon Unit and you would like to use it),

Boat Mooring - EU 150 per week, (only if there is a boat mooring available at the rental property).

Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfer.

There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
