About the home

The apartment has been refurbished with modern high quality fixtures and fittings and sleeps up to 5 people (Adullts) which also makes the apartment ideal for families. The apartment has wonderful lake and mountain views

This large first floor apartment (85 sq m) is situated within a detached house and surrounded by private gardens is located close to the centre of Lenno. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and overlooks the garden whilst bedroom 2 contains 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed. The lounge area has ample seating for guests including one of which is a chair bed. The lounge area overlooks the terrace and extensive garden and has elevated views of the lake. The fully fitted kitchen area houses an oven, 4 hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and dinning table and 4 chairs. A distinctive feature of Emanuela which sets it apart from other apartments is air conditioning which is greatly appreciated by clients during peak season. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area region

The Lombardy has a wealth of history, steeped in culture and famed for its cusine.
Lake Como has bee loved as holiday destination by lots of travellers, thanks to the beauty of its landscapes, its charming villas looking onto the lake and its typical ancient villages.

The Lenno area

The town of Lenno is approximately 18 kilometres north of Como Town and is famed within the area for its Lido (100 metres) away with its exclusive beach one of a handful that has sand. The Lido is a popular place in the day for beach lovers, and equally as popular in the evening when it is transformed at sunset into a plush bar ideal for aperitif and then into the evening for restaurant food and lastly open air disco.
Lenno is the home of Villa Balbianello which has played backdrop to numerous films including Casino Royale, Oceans 12 and Star Wars

The apartment is in a residential area of Lake Como, and it is wonderful being part of the Italian community, and it's only a ten minute walk down to the lake. From the balcony you have fabulous views over the lake and the mountains. The apartment also has a garden you can use, and a dedicated parking space. We did not hire a car as it was easy to get around by boat." -
