Detached traditional stone house located centrally in the bay of Moudros, in the quiet village of Lichna. Lichna is a very peaceful village, it has one cafe and one shop for your basic supplies, but during season travelling traders visit the village every day.
The cottage is ideal for a relaxing family holiday, just 5 min walk from the beach, and the unspoilt surrounding countryside. It offers easy access to all amenities and eating out places, also to several sandy beaches and other places of historic/archaeological and ecological interest. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 25 min from Mirina (the main town); 5 min from the airport and from Moudros (the second big town), hosting a variety of shops and tavernas.
The cottage can easily accommodate two adults (request for an extra guest or children can be considered). There is a similar house next to Koula cottage that can be available on request at extra cost.

Further details indoors: The cottage, set at the back of the family house within a large garden, offers one bedroom, a living/dining area and a WC/shower. While retaining the traditional atmosphere of a village house, the cottage benefits from air conditioning, it is simply furnished, it has basic cooking facilities and the use of a large garden.
The house has one bedroom and one living/dining room with cooking facilities; access to the tiled WC/shower area is through the living room. The rooms have tiled floors and wooden ceilings. The bedroom has 2 single beds, a good size wardrobe and 2 small selfs. The living/dining area has a table and chairs (sit 4 people), a friedge/freeze and a small electric cooker (3 rings and oven). There are some garden chairs for sitting outside in the garden.
There is also use of a second WC/shower accessible from the garden. A second cottage/guest house can be available to let if extra accommodation is requested.
Further details outdoors: The cottage is situated in the garden at the rear of the main house with its own sepatate gate to a small alley, but direct access to the village square is also provided from the yard/garden of the house. The local sandy beach is 5 min away;
