The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have drawer storage and built-in wardrobes.
There are two double sofa beds in the living room accommodating a further 4 guests.
The apartment also boasts a kitchen living room, the kitchen area has a dining table, and the living room has french balcony doors, two sofabeds, large screen tv, dvd player and stereo. In addition to the en suite bathroom there's a main shower room.
There's a secure entrance door leading to an option of stairs or a lift to the third floor. The ground floor of the building is a secure carpark which has remote control access. On the first floor is a communal garden/patio.

The apartment is located in Leith Shore area and is within walking distance to the city centre, 30 minutes. By bus it's 15 minutes and by taxi it's 10 minutes, traffic permitting!
The flat is a few minutes walk from the historic maritime Leith Shore which is an exciting and lively area containing a wide variety of bistros, bars and restaurants. Also within easy walking distance is the Royal Yacht Britannia in Ocean Terminal. A short bus or taxi ride is Edinburgh city centre with it's many attractions including museums, theatres and the ever popular Fringe Festival.
The nearest bus stop is approximately a 1 minute walk from the front door of the property, from there are regular buses to the town centre where Waverley Train Station is. Edinburgh Airport is typically 45 minutes by taxi or car.
