Walk out your front door and you have a choice of either private pool or gorgeous sandy beach.

The villa is presented in a very modern and comfortable style.
The entrance is up a few steps and leads into a large Lounge family room
and a full kitchen /dining area to the back. There is a large double bedrooms with en suites to each side.

Down stairs
There is a large home cinema with large flat screen Sat TV, DVD's and surround music system.
The room has its own large hot tub There is a steam room also.
There is a large sofa-bed here if required.

There are two more double bedrooms with en suites here too.
One is very large and boasts a full bath, high ceilings and own balcony and swimming pool access.
The other bedroom could double as a nanny room as it also has a separate exterior door.

All the bedroom ht ave en suites,Air Con, Flat screen TV, mini bars and come with luxurious Coco matt mattresses to ensure a perfect nights sleep.

(If single beds are required some doubles can be split into singles)

Further details outdoors:
The outside areas are large and comfortable and ideal just to hang out and watch the yachts anchored in the small bay in front of the villa.

There is a private heated pool and a perfectly manicured garden.

Where is Sivota? This little gem of a hideaway is actually very easy to get to.

Sivota is a small village in Epirus,by the Ionian Sea,North Western Greece (Between Parga and Igoumenitsa) opposite Corfu Island.

The Lefkas / Sivota area

K Villas are located on the coastline close to in the village Sivota , it is regionof Fesprotiya, in one very beautiful quiet bay, just 600 meters from the picturesque port of Sivota.

The area is a well kept secret and boasts regular visits by many famous people including the recent royal honeymooners Prince William & Kate. Indeed the the area must have impressed Charles and Diana when they visited years earlier. George Bush Snr is also a regular visitor and has been spotted jogging through the village with is entourage of bodyguards in tow.

You can get to Sivota by:

the boat from Venice, Ancona, Bari, Brindisi to Igoumenitsa and then 24km by road
the plane to the airport Iaonniny, Corfu and Preveza-Aktio
helicopter, landing site is located just a mile from the complex

From Igoumenitsa you come by,car,taxi,or Bus to Sivota.

The nearest Airports to Sivota is Corfu,or Preveza about 55 min to south.

From Corfu it is a short 1.5hr ferry trip to mainland. Ferries run about every 1 hour.

Also we can arrange a water taxi from Corfu harbour direct to your Villa. ( about 1 hour)
Car Ferries from Italy
( Brindisi,Bari,Ancona,Venice) arriving to Igoumenitsa Port everyday)

From Igoumenitsa you come by,car,taxi,or Bus to Sivota.

Guests can be collected from the Ferry.
