About the home
Our beautiful 4 bed Villa is a holiday "home from home", thoughtfully and tastefully furnished with comfort and relaxation in mind, just perfect for families or large groups.
The villa enjoys truly beautiful panoramic views over the sea and Islands. The islands of Scorpios, Maduri and Meganisi nestle in the clear blue waters of the seas beyond.
We are sure you will find everything you need here for an enjoyable holiday, right down to the BBQ and sun loungers around the large private pool.
Adults and kids alike love the large pool is located in the landscaped garden to the side of the villa.
The pool area and garden is a great place to hang out and enjoy your Greek holiday.
There are plenty of sunshades and sunbeds together with tables and chairs.
The lawned and paved area provide ample room for alfresco dining. There is a large shaded B.B.Q. area

The quiet village of Perigiali lies just 700 metres away down on the coast, with its own small beach called Passa. Fishing boats tie up at the village quayside, virtually guaranteeing a pleasant meal of fresh fish at one of the waterside tavernas. The busy and cosmopolitan town of Nidri is 2 kilometres down the coast, well worth a visit. The beauty of its setting cannot be denied however, and it is the setting-off point for some wonderful boat trips, and definitely a place for yacht spotting.

The separate sitting room and dining room have access to the terrace where awnings give protection from the sun.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster plus ample crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
A washing machine, iron and ironing board together with clothes line are provided.

The Ionian Islands region
Lefkas or Lefkada as it's known in Greek nestles away in the centre of the main Ionian Islands and is the only island linked to mainland Greece. A swing bridge gives easy access by road, with the newly extended and refurbished airport of Preveza about a 30 minute drive.
The island and the surrounding area has a lot to offer - anything from sailing, windsurfing, cycling, scuba-diving, walking, exploring ancient archaeological sites or just that lazy beach holiday.
You will probably find some of the most picturesque views around, looking out from the calmer waters of the east coast overlooking the famous Onassis island of Scorpios, the other islands and mainland Greece and in contrast on the west coast you will find the best beaches and most spectacular sunsets.
The Lefkas / Nidri area
There is so much to do on Lefkada and especially so around the Nidri area. There is the town of Nidri is very close by with lots of shops, tavernas and restaurants. Many large day trip boats/ships leave here for trips around the Island and to nearby Cephalonia daily.
The area is great for all types of water sports sailing, speedboats, kayaks and windsurfing. Lefkas is world famous for Kite surfing and wind surfing. This area has also been listed by National Geographic Traveler as one of the top 20 kayaking destinations in the world. If you are feeling more sedate there are many very scenic and historic sites that are only a short drive away.
Small boats can also be hired locally to allow you discover the numerous small Islands, coves and beaches around the area. You can still find a sandy beach and have it all to yourself even in July and August.
