Exclusive beach front villa with stunning view and private pool.Ideal for couples and families seeking for seclusion and relaxation. The open plan living room and kitchen opens on to a garden and patio with private pool and Jacuzzi.
There is a big pergola for shade by the pool with sunbeds, chairs and a dining table.
The luxury furnished living room contains satellite TV,DVD,CD , radio and internet access is provided.
The fully equipped kitchen also contains a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds.
An extra folding bed for a fifth person can be added to the living room if required. All bedrooms are generous size,have a balcony and offer a spectacular view to the open sea.
There are two bathrooms ,one is upstairs and the other one is downstairs.
Oak floors all over the house and marble tiled bathrooms add a touch of luxury. The houses are air conditioned and heated throughout.

Porto katsiki ,Egremni Kathisma and Agios Ioannis are worth visiting.The climate is very good from May to October and the temperatures are ideal for vacation.The island offers an interesting night life. The Lefkas / Agios Ioannis, Lefkas area
Aeriko villa occupy a superb sea front position on Agios Ioannis beach {Blue Flag Award}.
Facing to the North West the villa receives a refreshing sea breeze from the Ionian. Several windmills were built along the breeze and some have now been renovated and put to use as bars and restaurants. The breeze is captured now by a new generation of windsurfers and kitesurfers and is becoming one of the most popular location in the Ionian Islands for these sports.
Nearby Lefkas Town is a wonderful place to wander. Take a day trip and discover Porto Katsiki Kathisma and Egremni ,most probably the best beaches all over Europe. Cross the bridge from Lefkas town and you are in the mainland,within an easy drive to the Preveza Airport, the ferry port of Igoumenitsa, the ruined Roman city of Nikopolis and the modern cities of Ioannina and Athens

The nearest airport is Preveza PVK ,about 10 minutes drive from Lefkas town.
There are scheduled flights to Aktion from Athens, Thesaloniki and Krete. Also there are daily flights directly from England,Germany,Sweden,Holland etc.
By Car:
Lefkada is an island linked with the mainland by a narrow channel.
Athens -Lefkada aprox.390 km, about 4 hours drive.
Thesaloniki- lefkada aprox. 420 km, about 4 hours drive.

It was our second vacation here. The Villas are absolutely beautiful: they are set right in front of one of the nicest beach of Lefkas, the private swimming pools and gardens made our stay even more relaxing especially when coming back from a day at the beach. It is a perfect place for families with kids and the owners are fantastic people who did their best to make our vacation unforgettable...thank you! |
