Relax in your stylish and modern Villa for an exceptional holiday experience. You will enjoy the beautiful views over the bay below. The villa has a luxury pool and there are large sun terraces around the villa for relaxing while sunbathing.

The Villa lend itself to stylish "al fresco" dining during the day and in the evening as it has beautiful outdoor light around the terrace. In the evening the villas exterior and pool area is beautiful lit and can be admired from the village just below.

Situated in the south of Lefkas island, surrounded by hills, countryside & the sea. It is an unspoilt area with spectacular natural Greek surroundings, tranquil, quiet & peaceful, yet close enough for all amenities required by modern living, if you want them.

Inside here are two large double bedrooms and a large twin room. All the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms,air conditioning, large remote controlled picture windows. The kitchen and lounge are down stairs with handy access to the outside terrace dining areas.

Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms that access a lovely balcony offering stunning views over the bay and to Kefalonia and Ithaca.Also upstairs there is a large full bathroom with a feature corner bath.
Downstairs there is a large twin bedroom two beds and a fully equipped kitchen.

You can choose to relax in the stylish lounge area with two large sofas (Double Sofa Beds) and Sat TV
relax outside on the very large terrace and dining area with wonderful views.

The pool area and another very large sun terrace is down a few steps and in the evening the whole pool area looks completely different with nice lighting.

The villa is well located should you wish to explore Lefkas: the golden sands of Pondi beach are 1 km away - a good place to unwind and enjoy a day of sunshine. If you travel a little further you'll come to the pretty resort of Vassiliki. A pretty relaxing harbour with many exeptional restaurants and tavernas and a pleasant lively atmosphere. There are many picturesque walks here and at the beach there are some excellent water sports on offer.

Recommended activities from this villa..
The nearby area is world famous as a wind surfing "Mecca", so there are great outdoor and water sports activities.
Windsurf ,dingy sailing and bicycle and small boat hire are all available locally at reasonable prices.
Great fish restaurants and tavernas.in Vasiliki .
Daily ferries to popular Kefalonia and ancient Ithaca.
It is only a 20 minute drive to the dramatic and stunningly beautiful "Porto Katsiki" and Ergremni beaches.
Or drive on up the West Coast to Agios Nikitas, a wonderful small village which is cut off from traffic and
is really nice to spend an afternoon swimming on the sandy beach,watch the sun setting over the ocean then stroll through the paved streets to a romantic restaurant.
The island is only 35 miles long and there are so many beautiful and different areas to spend your holiday in.

Deposits A deposit of 20% will be required immediately with the balance being payable six weeks before the start of the holiday or on arrival.
Payment by Bank Transfer is preferred but Credit Card and Pal can by used also.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. Should your deposit be paid by PayPal this deposit payment only will incur an additional 3.5% administration charge.

The Villas are located on western side of the bay of Vassiliki at the small village of Pondi. A modern resort, Pondi world famous for windsurfers and other watersport enthusiasts offering a long beach. There are a number of tavernas, bars and other facilities at Pondi and it's only a short walk to the stylish harbour of Vassiliki.

The Lefkas / Vassiliki area

Vassiliki is famous for treking and exploring walking paths as well as biking in the flat bay and valley area as well as in the surrounding hills and mountains, that have become vary favourite destinations for the more extreme bikers. Vassiliki however is best known for it's watersports - especially windsurfing and catamaran - and this is the place to learn.Huge numbers of windsurfers take advantage of the bay which, thanks to local geography, is often calm in the mornings and windy in the afternoons. The busiest months are July and August when the bay is packed with windsurfers.

Other activities include diving and kayaking, as well as more alternative options such as Yoga classes that run in several clubs as well as botanology seminars and so on.
