About the home

The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms (2 large doubles en suite + 1 twin room)
Very modern stylish Villas with luxury fittings. The modern fully fitted kitchen includes a large American style fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, an oven with glass hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The adjacent dining area seats 6 round a large solid wooden dining table and chairs and the living area overlooks the terrace, pool and the sea and neighbouring islands as do the en-suite bedrooms. The living room doors are fully hinged and can be opened to the full extent of the living room revealing the magnificent view. All the doors and windows have heat reflective and tinted double glazed glass for maximum comfort throughout the summer. The villa is also air conditioned throughout.

A deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking period with the balance payable six weeks before the start of the holiday. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is forfeited and if the balance is not paid by the date 6-weeks before the holiday we reserve the right to advertise the villa as available for that period.

The Ionian Islands region

Lefkada is the only Greek island attached to the mainland via a bridge and therefore it is extremely easy to drive from the mainland airport of Preveza which is approximately 55 minutes by car to the villa. There are no lengthy ferry journeys necessary. We recommend car hire unless you are planning on spending the entire holiday by the pool so that you can take full advantage of this beautiful island.

The Lefkas / Sivota area

Sivota harbour is just a 4 minutes drive away and offers a good choice of tavernas, bars and restaurants and useful supermarkets.
The larger towns of Vassaliki and Nidri are approximately 15 minutes drive and they offer a wider range of shops, restaurants, nightlife and water sports. Nidri is famous for it's quayside restaurants.
The main town of Lefkas is home to shopping precincts, major banks and is approximately 40 minutes from the villa.

Lefkas is one of the Ionian Islands, situated on the west coast of Greece. One of the greenest of Greek Islands, it is located to the south of Corfu and north of Kefalonia (Cefalonia) and Zakinthos (Zante).
By Air:
Approximately 55 minutes by car from Preveza (Atkio) airport to the villa.
BY Road:
Although Lefkas is an island, it is only 50 metres from the mainland and is connected to the mainland by a causeway and floating mobile bridge.
This makes Lefkada a very easy island to get to.

By Ferry:
From Italy –
There are frequent ferries from Venice, Ancona, Bari and Brindisi to Igoumenitsa and Patra in Greece.
From there it is an easy drive to Lefkada. Igoumenitsa would be the easiest access to the island, about two hours.
From Kefalonia - there is a daily ferry service from Fiskardo to Nidri (2 hours). There is also a service from Fiscardo to Vassiliki in the summer.
