Luxury 3 bed villa on Lefkada (Lefkas) , private pool and stunning views of the Greek Islands of Ithaca and Kefalonia. Luxury Greek holiday villa nestling low in the hillside above the picturesque harbour of Sivota on the the Greek Island of Lefkada or Lefkas as it is also known.

In a beautiful secluded location with breathtaking views of the nearby islands of Kefalonia and Ithaca, Villa Jubaea offer an idyllic setting for a perfect Greek holiday, surrounded by olive groves, swaying palms and gentle warm breezes.

Each secluded south facing villa has been architecturally designed and furnished to a high standard and affords three bedrooms with three modern luxury bathrooms, two being en suite.

A luxury fully equipped kitchen provides every convenience including granite worktops, an American style fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area .

Outside, the villa has a terrace, private pool, outside shower and barbeque. At night subtle garden lighting makes for an enchanting evening.

Sivota Bay is a five minute drive or twenty five minute walk away.The village itself is delightfully traditional and Greek with a wide choice of tavernas and a few bars. The village has it's own pebble beach but you can also hire boats to explore and potter along the coast.

We also provide beach towels and hairdryers.

Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard of comfort, with fully air-conditioned accommodation for six guests in three bedrooms: two ensuite doubles and a twin with separate bathroom. An additional two guests can be accommodated either by put-you-up beds in any of the bedrooms or a double bed settee in the spacious living room area.

The villa is south facing and offers magnificent panoramic views over the neighbouring islands. The villa has been designed and
furnished to a high standard with three bedrooms, three luxury
bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.

The full equipped modern kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave,
fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, toaster and stainless steel
oven.

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with comfortable seating.
A large open plan lounge provides spacious
seating, LCD television/DVD player with satellite/terrestrial reception
available. All windows are fitted with tinted heat reflective glass
and, together with air-conditioning throughout, summer comfort is
assured.

The villa has a large pool with an extensive sun bathing terrace and barbeque facilities. Discreet hedge and plant
screening provides for your privacy. The subtle lighting around the
terrace and pool will add enchantment to those warm summer evenings.

A maid service is provided to clean and change linen together with pool cleaning twice a week.
Internet can be provided bu use using a dongle. Requires small prepaid fee €20 per 5GB.

A deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking period with the balance payable six weeks before the start of the holiday. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is forfeited and if the balance is not paid by the date 6-weeks before the holiday we reserve the right to advertise the villa as available for that period.

Luxury Villa Sivota Lefkada

The Ionian Islands region

Lefkada is the only Greek island attached to the mainland via a bridge and therefore it is extremely easy to drive from the mainland airport of Preveza which is approximately 55 minutes by car to the villa. There are no lengthy ferry journeys necessary. We recommend car hire unless you are planning on spending the entire holiday by the pool so that you can take full advantage of this beautiful island.

The Lefkas / Sivota area

Sivota harbour is just a 4 minutes drive away and offers a good choice of tavernas, bars and restaurants and useful supermarkets.
The larger towns of Vassaliki and Nidri are approximately 15 minutes drive and they offer a wider range of shops, restaurants, nightlife and water sports. Nidri is famous for it's quayside restaurants.
The main town of Lefkas is home to shopping precincts, major banks and is approximately 40 minutes from the villa.

Lefkas is one of the Ionian Islands, situated on the west coast of Greece. One of the greenest of Greek Islands, it is located to the south of Corfu and north of Kefalonia (Cefalonia) and Zakinthos (Zante).
By Air:
Approximately 55 minutes by car from Preveza (Atkio) airport to the villa.
BY Road:
Although Lefkas is an island, it is only 50 metres from the mainland and is connected to the mainland by a causeway and floating mobile bridge.
This makes Lefkada a very easy island to get to.

By Ferry:
From Italy –
There are frequent ferries from Venice, Ancona, Bari and Brindisi to Igoumenitsa and Patra in Greece.
From there it is an easy drive to Lefkada. Igoumenitsa would be the easiest access to the island, about two hours.
From Kefalonia - there is a daily ferry service from Fiskardo to Nidri (2 hours). There is also a service from Fiscardo to Vassiliki in the summer.
