Aris Villas complex is a family business in one of the most beautiful islands in Greece, Lefkada.

This island is an ideal place for holiday as it is joined with the rest of Greece by a permanent bridge. It ideally combines mountain as well as sea with beaches that will leave you speechless such as Porto Katsiki and Kathisma. Furthermore, the access to the nearby small islands such as Scorpios of Onassis is easy through maritime boats. Choose our complex for your holiday and we will make sure that your staying with us will be memorable.

This apartment is two spaced, that is a bedroom with two single beds attached and a kitchen room where there is a sofa bed with two single beds.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cattlery. It has a veranda with gorgeous sea view.
Apart from a cooker there are also kitchen eyes operating with gas for other types of cooking.

Further details outdoors:
In a small walking distance there is a small shared port for private boats free of charge but you must be able to find a spot coming and going. On this port you may fish as well.

Conditions

1. Upon reservation there is a deposit of 50% of the whole amount.
2. At agreed prices are included the VAT and Council Taxes
3. In case of cancellation 21 days before the arrival date the deposit is refunded.
4. Check out time 12:00. Clients occupying the room till 18:00 are charged an extra 50% on the room rate. After 18:00 a full room rate is paid.
5. Ratted per bed is prohibited.
6. The room rate is increased by 20%, if an extra bed is added at client’s request.
7. In any case, clients should never agree to pay amounts exceeding those mentioned at the back of the door.
8. In case of cancellation during a stay a 50% compensation of the remaining days originally agreed is due and payable to the enterprise by the customer (?.1652/86 F??167 ?).
9. In case of no appearance a 50% compensation is paid.

The Ionian Islands region

A fully green island situated in the Ionian Sea easily to be reached via any means of transport as it is united with the rest of Greece by a permanent bridge.

It extraordinarily combines mountain and sea sceneries and is in a position to satisfy any type of tastes and preferences. A great variety of main as well as smaller villages comprises the island for its first edge till the last one. A characteristic example is Lygia, only 6 km from the main city of Lefkada, where is situated our complex ARIS VILLAS. It is a complex of 4 separate buildings which are divided into 3 apartments of 35 m2 each: Two on the ground floor and one maisonette on the first floor.

The Lefkas area

Several festivities involving different means of art take place at the beginning of August such as folklore and theatrical performances, speeches and lectures. In the village of Karia on the 11th of August we have the revival of Lefkadian marriage.

At the eastern part of the island we come across the sea side village of Lygia. This village is known for its fresh fish and is a classical destination for family vacations. It is recommended to families with small children as it has peaceful waters and many play lands where our little friends can play freely.

You can arrive to our resort by car due to the fact that Lefkas is connected with the rest of Greece by a permanent bridge. The resort is 25 km away from the ‘’Aktio’’ airport. Aktio airport has flights from English airports directly (charter flights) or alternatively through the international airport of Athens and then arrive to Lefkas by car at approximately in 5 hours or by bus from Kyfisos Bus Station at about the same time.
