Exceptionally designed and located, the Villa Amoudia is wonderful and right on the beach of Sivota, Lefkada. A terrace with a private swimming pool over the harbor, you are in the picturesque bay of Sivota, while keeping your privacy and enjoying a relaxing atmosphere.

Built by experience, our villa has been thought out very carefully. The one-of-a-kind location makes it unbelievable and has allowed us to open it over the sea, as well as keeping it protected by magnificent olive trees.

Offering high standard equipment and home automation installation, this fabulous holiday home last-generation LCD TV to the bedrooms and also the living room.

Located 50 meters from the pontoon, it's an ideal ...villa to rent if you are boat lovers. You can keep your boat at sight or simply enjoy viewing this small harbor becoming alive as boats go sailing by.

The outside dining area is shaded to be more enjoyable and connected to the private swimming pool terrace. Sunbeds and extra chairs are always around the house for improved comfort.
A private garage is also available.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

The closest International Airport is Aktio Preveza Airport (PVK), 50km away.

Charter flights to Lefkada are available from many European countries including UK, Holland, Germany, France Austria, Switzerland and more. From Aktio airport you can either take a bus, taxi or rent a car.

BY CAR
The distance Athens to Sivota is 400 kilometers.
The distance Thessaloniki to Sivota is 400 kilometers as well.
You can reach Lefkada island by car, via the bridge that connects Lefkada with the mainland.

By BUS
Lefakada island can also be reached by KTEL buses, there are frequent bus routes to Lefkada from Athens, Thessaloniki, Patra, and other major Greek cities.
From Athens, bus service is daily and travel time is 5 hours.

By FERRY
Ferries are available from Italy (Venice, Ancona and Bari) to Igoumenitsa, followed by a 2.5 hours drive or Patra, followed by 3 hours drive to Sivota Lefkada.

“a beautiful island, a great house meters from the beach, your own private swimming pool...heaven” Anna and Sebastien, the owners like to do things well. From the reservation to the departure, everything was great. Anna was very fast answering questions and very helpful before and during the stay; she and Sebastien who arrange the house take care of every details. The house itself is very nice : everything that is on the website is what you get. Having your own little swimming pool is such a luxury; the beach is meters away; you can swim there, rent a boat (a must!) to go around the island, explore small beaches (we actually went to some of them where we were alone!), Anna has prepared a list of things to do around the island - do not miss the famous beaches on the west coast ! I recommend having a car (that you can put in the private garage) to explore the island. Beeing there at the begining of septembre was extraordinary because it was beautiful weather and not too crowded. We stayed there for 8 days (it was too short !), only 2 of us in a house that can accomodate 6 (you get a discount for it), and it was amazing. The island itself is nice : great beaches, nice mountains, beautiful views, small villages, nice little tavernas (don't expect anything fancy in Sivota but there are a few decent places and cooking at home - with sea urchins picked up from the morning... - is so great that we didn't bother going out very much. You cannot be disapointed with choosing villas thalassa for your vacation.

“Greek Idyll” We stayed for one week with our son and just wish it could have been longer. The villa is very comfortable, airy and light with every detail carefully though out. The outside pool area and its position make this villa our favourite to date. The photographs and write up do not exagerate this villa's considerable attributes and we were not disappointed on arrival, quite the reverse. The owners, Anna and Seb were very friendly and helpful, they even gave us a small boat so I would not have to use my wheelchair in order to reach the taverna's. The village itself is pretty, largely unspoilt and very friendly. We couldn't have asked for more and hope to return. Many thanks

“Excellent location, villa, and service” We stayed here for a month with another couple. Anna and Séb could not be more friendly and helpful. The villa is beautiful, steps from the beach at the quiet edge of the tiny town of Syvota. The whole place oozes charm. It was a great month! Thanks again.

“Dream-like vacation in Sivota” The villa was new, impeccably clean and larger than we expected (we stayed with our 6 y.o. and a family of friends, 5 people in total, but in fact there are 6 sleeping places in the house). The beach us just behind the gates, it is small and relatively private, we would see 3-4 people on the beach on average (Sivota is a huge resort-type town, but rather a fishing village, which ensured our privacy, and we find it to be a big advantage to other places on the island). The road to the house is convenient (you can rent an economy-class car and get by without a jeep), and we used it to drive daily to Vassiliki to do some sports. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we enjoyed our dning at the outside terrace with the pool and a view at the bay. AC worked perfectly, not noisy but efficient. The owners of the property were accommodative and cared about every little detail of our stay. It was one of the best vacations we've ever had and we will definitely recommend the villa and consider coming back next year. I think this property would work well for people who want easy access to the beach without going too many steps up the hill, which was very important for us as we travelled with 6 y.o., but of course the property is a nice gate-away for any groups of travelers. For example, it allowed our family to combine quiet family-style vacation with active sports, due to its location.
