Villa “Lily” has a habitable surface area of 159 sq m on a plot of land 1800 sq m. This luxury home is a three-storey building and consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms, large living room with fireplace, dining-room, open kitchen, loft, storage room, veranda and balcony with panoramic view to the Ionian sea, Nidri village, Vlycho Bay and the islands (Scorpios of Onassis the Famous Magnate Shipping, Meganissi and Ithaca), 2 swimming pools (separate for adults and kids), garden, Jacuzzi and Private Parking. The villa has 4 bathrooms. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The Ionian Islands region

The Ionian Islands are located in the Ionian Sea, off the west coast of Greece and are composed of Lefkada, Corfu, Kefalonia, Zakynthos, Ithaca, Paxos and Kythira. The Lefkas / Nidri area

The island has been awarded the European Blue Flag for many of its beautiful beaches. A jewel in the Mediterranean and one of the most beautiful islands in Greece, Lefkada combines blue water beaches and dense vegetation all over the island.
It retains all the special features that give a different appeal to those islands. The houses are painted in bright colours and the atmosphere is filled with music. Needless to talk about its natural beauty: the waterfalls, the beaches and the friendly villages.

Lefkada is one of the seven Ionian Islands, located in the Western part of Greece. It is the most accessible island in Greece as no ferry required getting in there and it is never cut off from the rest of the country. Lefkada is joined to the mainland by a swing bridge.

Booking and Rental Conditions

1. To secure your booking, a deposit of 20% is required. This deposit is non refundable.

2. The balance is due four weeks before your arrival date.

3. If your booking is made three weeks prior to your arrival date, then full payment is required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations must be notified in writing and will be effective form the date of receipt.

5. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is forfeited and if the balance is not paid by the date 4-weeks before the holiday we reserve the right to advertise the villa as available for that period.

6. Occupancy time commences from 14:00.

7. On day of departure the villa must be vacated by 12:00.

8. Damage and Breakages

Guests are responsible for any costs incurred from damage or breakage during their occupancy.

No smoking or pets within the villa.
