To the ground floor is a cosy lounge forming a part of the original house and a sun lounge extension with panoramic views (both rooms enjoying open hearth coal/log burning fireplaces) and toilet/washroom off, as well as a large dining kitchen with luxury solid oak granite topped surfaces. To the first floor are three bedrooms ( one double, one queen and two singles) and bathroom with Victorian style cast iron bath on legs.

The Leenane area
Leenane is a small village populated by local inhabitants and holiday home owners. It is the setting for the internationally acclaimed film "The Field", and also the well known play "The Beauty Queen of Leenane". The village affords ready access to Connemara National Park, Aisleagh Falls, the victorian walled garden of Kylemore Abbey, Ashford Castle, Croagh Patrick, The Twelve Bens and Maarmturk mountain ranges. The needs of walkers and climbers of all abilities are amply accommodated. Wide and open sandy beaches ideal for family days out are plentiful. This is a fly fishers paradise with the Errif and Delphi fisheries on the doorstep. Golfers are also well catered for by a number of local courses. The perfect holiday location!
