To the ground floor is a cosy lounge forming a part of the original house and a sun lounge extension with panoramic views (both rooms enjoying open hearth coal/log burning fireplaces) and toilet/washroom off, as well as a large dining kitchen with luxury solid oak granite topped surfaces. To the first floor are three bedrooms ( one double, one queen and two singles) and bathroom with Victorian style cast iron bath on legs, whilst other toilet, basin and bidet, situated on ground floor for easy access.
