About the home

Exclusive luxury lodge situated in beautiful Herefordshire countryside, excellently furnished and fully equipped to enable you enjoy your holiday. The spacious two-storey lodge boasts a comfy lounge with leather sofas widescreen TV and DVD player. French doors leading onto the veranda for al-fresco dining, separate fully-equipped kitchen and dining room. Two upstairs bedrooms with the master king-size bedroom having a secluded balcony and stunning views of the woodland & swimming pool. En-suite shower room. Second bedroom has en-suite shower room with views over the meadows. Another bedroom downstairs with separate shower room. The central feature is a stunning natural swimming pool fed from deep underground springs - perfect for watching the wildlife (Kingfishers are known to visit) swimming in or relaxing by! We are currently in Hoseasons 'Ultimate' range - that's how unique we are. All four lodges have their own PRIVATE HOT TUB.

The lodges are set in eight acres of woodland and meadow, perfect for relaxing and chilling. Situated 3 miles outside Ledbury , it is a fabulous base from which to explore the area. Try walking on the Malvern Hills, canoeing on the River Wye, rambling or biking in the Forest of Dean, or enjoy the historic cities of Hereford, Worcester and Gloucester. Ledbury Poetry Festival. The Big Apple. Horse riding nearby. Golf too.

Downstairs: large lounge with French doors leading onto veranda. Separate fully-equipped easy to use kitchen and dining room/ Hallway, shower room & wc

Upstairs: master bedroom with king-sized bed, en-suite shower and French doors leading onto secluded balcony. Second bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower. Have third downstairs bunk bed room suitable for children.

Linen and towels provided. Please bring your own towels for the swimming pool, hot tub & sauna

The beautiful focal point of Oasis Lodges is the Natural Swimming Pool, which our guests are welcome to swim in, relax by and enjoy. As far as we know, this is the only holiday park of this type in the UK to own one. No chemicals are used in keeping the water clean and clear - just careful bio-filtration and nature's cleansing magic of plants and micro-organisms.

The experience of swimming is quite unlike chemically cleaned pools, leaving you feeling clean, refreshed and closer to nature. This is of special benefit to the increasing numbers of people who are allergic to chlorine. Although unheated, the pool is surprisingly warm, as solar-heated water from the shallow areas is constantly circulated into the swimming area. Children love this type of pond, as the clear water allows them to watch all the wildlife which lives in the planted areas surrounding the swimming area.

A £50 cash deposit is required on arrival which will be refunded in full on departure subject to the lodges being left in good order.

Conditions

Oasis Lodges are very suitable for children, but as the site has a brook running by and a fenced natural swimming pond, children will need to be supervised by an adult/parent at all times.

The Heart of England / Peak District / Herefordshire region

The rolling terrain of Herefordshire and the river valleys of the Wye provide an ideal backdrop for an exciting range of outdoor activities: climbing, hiking, caving or kayaking, as well as opportunities for canoeing, fishing, cycling, bird watching and horse riding. The Three Counties Show Ground is 12 miles away

With the Royal Forest of Dean, the Malverns and the Brecon Beacon mountains all within range, you can enjoy days of exciting adventure activities or relaxed sightseeing, as Herefordshire is known for being a county of beautiful countryside with interesting market towns, pretty villages and the cathedral city of Hereford, Gloucester & Worcester. There are also many castles nearby to explore.

The Ledbury area

Ledbury is one of Herefordshire's famed picturesque market towns, bustling with exclusive boutiques, art galleries, gift shops, street cafes and restaurants. Local pubs are within easy range of the lodges offering a diverse range of menus, so you'll be certain of finding something to suit all tastes...
See where the BBC 1 series Merlin was filmed nearby in Puzzlewood. Go Ape tree top adventure centre.
Farm Parks all within half an hour. Visit Gloucester Quays and docks. Famous Dymock village daffodil walks nearby.

An apple festival, a poetry festival and a steam rally are all local annual events to enjoy. There is a skate park in both Ledbury and Ross On Wye.

Changeover day will normally be Friday but we are flexible (out of peak seasons) if you are staying a week we can manage any day. Your lodge will be available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on morning of departure. Refundable £50 security deposit required on arrival.

Weekly rental can start any day of the week

3-night rental is Friday-Monday

4-night rental is Monday-Friday

The shorter break rates are pro rata the full week rates, plus 15%. Peak season will be weekly lettings only, however, please enquire for deals outside this time. Call if you have any special requirements, we can be flexible!

Towels and linen are supplied clean at the start of each stay. Multiple week stays would include one free service each week, including all bedding and towels.

A deposit of 25% is required with completed booking form with balance payable 28 days before arrival. Payment is required for bookings made within 28 days of arrival date. Person booking is responsible for the lodge and is to ensure it is left in a respectable condition.
