Ashdene is an ideal family holiday for adults and children,"Coming soon within the grounds is a seperate Lodge and will sleep an additional 6 people". sleeping up to 12 people in 5 separate bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathroom. Solid wood flooring, Inglenook fireplace, high black gloss kitchen and solid wood doors make this something special with flat screen T.Vs and direct Internet access from every room. Outside swimming pool will be Enclosed from the 21st August 09. A small games room means you will all keep yourselves busy even if the great British weather does not hold. Stay 3 nights for the price of 2.

On your doorstep are the Cotswolds with Shakespeare Country, Stratford Upon Avon, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold to name but a few.

The Central England / Cotswolds / Cheltenham / Gloucester region

To the South of the Cotswolds is the famous Shakespeare Country with Stratford-upon-Avon, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, and Burford. This really is the most idyllic setting for exploring.

Lechlade is on the doorstep with the river Thames running through it and many local family public houses in addition to its quaint antique shops and the famous Christmas shop. It also has a park where you can park up and have a picnic.

Avebury, Roves Farm, Bath, Designer Village, Oasis, Link Centre for Ice Skating, Longleat Safari Park.

Nearby are Longleat Safari Park, the Roman city of Bath, and my personal favourite, Roves Farm - only 2 miles away and great for children and adults with animal feeding, tractor rides, indoor play, etc.

Visit Swindon with its Great Western Railway Museum and leave the kids at the Oasis leisure centre with the best rapids for miles, or why not visit the Designer Village outlet centre, a big tourist attraction for shoppers, not forgetting the Ice Rink. It really does have something for everyone.

If you're a keen golfer we have 2 very large golf courses to choose from within 3 miles of your cottage, Wrag Barn in Highworth and Broome Manor.

On the first floor it has a spectacular open plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen room which are a particular feature of this property.
Inglenook fireplace for those cosy nights by the fire, yet still feeling like your outside with patio doors leading to the Balcony.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms one En-Suite and downstairs are another 3 bedrooms again Master with spectacular En-Suite all with direct Wi Fi access and T.V.'s. Main bathroom, games room, 15ft Utility.

Conditions

3 bedrooms are on the ground floor and the main bathroom is accessible for wheelchair access but main living area is on the first floor.
Although there is a strict no Smoking policy we will allow people to smoke outside on the balcony.
Pets are by special arrangement only and we will not accept any puppies.
