The Central England / Cotswolds / Warwickshire region
Leamington is situated in the region known as the "Heart of England", an area rich in history and culture, with lovely scenery, picturesque villages, market towns complete with distinctive black-and-white houses dating back to the Tudors, and medieval castles.
Just a 15 minute bus ride away, for example, is the town of Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of none other than William Shakespeare. Make sure to pay a visit to pay tribute to the Bard's genius. You can visit his birthplace and a number of other Shakespeare-related sites, before taking in a play in the evening. For a taste of medieval England, meanwhile, the city of Warwick (with its magnificent castle dating back to the Middle Ages) is also a short bus or car journey away.
Leamington Spa area
In Leamington itself, there are many local places of interest such as the "pump rooms", .home of the famous spas that give Leamington Spa its name. The award-winning Jephson gardens are excellent to walk through and Warwick Castle is a short bus or car journey away.
On an evening, Leamington is home to a wide variety of restaurants and bars suiting every taste.
How to get there
Transport links are excellent to the apartment. Birmingham airport is a 25 minute drive or you can catch a train into Leamington station which is only 5 minutes from the property. There is a bus stop nearby and taxis are readily available.

Further details indoors: We have recently converted this property to a holiday let to add to our growing portfolio. The location is second to none and is a great springboard for other destination such as Warwick, Stratford, Birmingham and Solihull. London is an easy train journey away.
The owner lives locally and is always on the end of the phone for any questions or problems.
Further details outdoors: The balcony which leads off the dining area offers great seating in the summer and is complete with a table and chairs. At the end of the road is access to the award winning Jephson Gardens. There is a boat yard 20 metres from the property which allows rental of rowing boats for a small fee. As you cross the bridge you are straight into the gardens and these can be crossed to get the the main shopping area of Leamington

The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

I do not have specific check in/out days as I appreciate everyone's break is different.
If you require split weeks then the rate is calculates as follows....
"9 days in February 2010" - 1 week is £495.00 per week. £495.00 divided by 7 days, multiplied by 9 days = £636.43 in total.
For all bookings there is a final cleaning charge of £45. This would make the total for the above example £681.43
HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING:
1) Ring 01926 499445 / 07734 434379 with credit/debit card details. We will take a deposit and details necessary for the booking
2) Send an e-mail enquiry saying you wish to book and pay by bank transfer. An invoice and bank details will then be e-mailed back so you can make the deposit payment.
