Situated approximately 5 minutes walk from Leamington Spa town centre. The Canal House is perfectly located to offer a peaceful and relaxing base which is only a short walk from great shopping, restaurants and other nightlife.
From the small hallway you enter the properties front door, walk up its private twisting staircase with views over the canal and you enter the landing. From here you can enter the separate w/c, bathroom with power shower over bath, both double bedrooms and the beautiful open plan lounge/kitchen.

Both bedrooms have very comfortable double beds complete with fresh linen and bedside tables. The master bedroom has a complete wall of wardrobes with full sized mirrors. The high ceilings and period features add to the luxury feel of the apartment. The open plan lounge/kitchen has a quality laminate floor, plasma TV hung on the wall with SKY TV offering hundreds of channels. The large window with full length curtains gives the most amazing view over the grand union canal and along historic clemens street with its range of restaurants and quirky shops.

Just over the bridge on the opposite side of the canal is the Grand Union Restaurant, multiple award winning restaurant this is commonly recognised as one of Leamingtons best dining venues. You can spend hours watching the barge boats float by and waving at the passing families who reside on them.

Loads to see and do in Leamington, wonderful walk, parks and gardens and full of bars, restaurants and clubs. The parade has all of the main clothes shops you would expect along with a whole host of specialist shops offering that personal service.

We stayed here in Jan 2010 and were very impressed with the property. Period features and space but very modern and comfortable with it. Two big bedrooms and an awesome lounge with great kitchen, fab tv, lovely leather sofa and awesome views of the canal. No parking as such but never had a problem finding space outside. Easy 5 min stroll into town. Overall, a great base to explore Leamington Spa and reasonably priced for a serviced apartment. Jade lettings are professional and friendly in ky experience and I'd happily recommend them. |

Highly reccommended stayed at this property twice and both time had a most enjoyable time , great presentation and a real home from home feel. The property is ideally placed for visiting places of local intrest Leamington Spa for great bars restaurants and shopping, nearby Warwick for the castle and not to forget Stratford upon Avon. I hope to visit again keep up the good work Jade |

I do not have specific check in/out days as I appreciate everyone's break is different.
If you require split weeks then the rate is calculates as follows....
"9 days in February 2012" - 1 week is £549.00 per week. £549.00 divided by 7 days, multiplied by 9 days = £705.86 in total.
For all bookings there is a final cleaning charge of £50. This would make the total for the above example £810.00
HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING:
1) Ring 01926 499445 / 07734 434379 with credit/debit card details. We will take a deposit and details necessary for the booking
2) Send an e-mail enquiry saying you wish to book and pay by bank transfer. An invoice and bank details will then be e-mailed back so you can make the deposit payment.
