From the small hallway you enter the properties front door, walk up its private twisting staircase with views over the canal and you enter the landing. From here you can enter the separate w/c, bathroom with power shower over bath, both double bedrooms and the beautiful open plan lounge/kitchen.

Further details indoors: Both bedrooms have very comfortable double beds complete with fresh linen and bedside tables. The master bedroom has a complete wall of wardrobes with full sized mirrors. The high ceilings and period features add to the luxury feel of the apartment. The open plan lounge/kitchen has a quality laminate floor, plasma TV hung on the wall with SKY TV offering hundreds of channels. The large window with full length curtains gives the most amazing view over the grand union canal and along historic clemens street with its range of restaurants and quirky shops.
Further details outdoors: Just over the bridge on the opposite side of the canal is the Grand Union Restaurant, multiple award winning restaurant this is commonly recognised as one of Leamingtons best dining venues. You can spend hours watching the barge boats float by and waving at the passing families who reside on them.

"9 days in February 2010" - 1 week is £549.00 per week. £549.00 divided by 7 days, multiplied by 9 days = £705.86 in total.
For all bookings there is a final cleaning charge of £45. This would make the total for the above example £810.00
HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING:
1) Ring 01926 499445 / 07734 434379 with credit/debit card details. We will take a deposit and details necessary for the booking
2) Send an e-mail enquiry saying you wish to book and pay by bank transfer. An invoice and bank details will then be e-mailed back so you can make the deposit payment.
