"Great location but accommodation could have been better"
Hornfleaur is a very nice little town and the accommodation could not have been in a better spot. Very close to the harbour and also an amazing bakery. The only problem was the place wasn't very … More

Rustic charm in the heart of Honfleur, the owner could not have been more helpful, with really useful tips, on best restaurants, and other places to visit
Touring around the area was easy, and after going out for the day, it was brilliant to step out of the house, knowing within a few minutes walk, you are so close to all the restaurants
We intend to go again

"A gem in Normandy !"
Having not been to Normandy for quite a considerable while, we decided to try and spend some time there over the festive season.
Having looked at various accommodations, we decided to look at the area not too far from the harbour and yet far enough so as not to be disturbed. We were lucky enough to come across this charming house.
From the start, the process to book and hassle free. Mr Gorman made the process seamless and the next minute you know we had arrived.
Ideally situated, the house offered us ample space to relax. The unique way in which the house has thoughtfully been set out adds credit to an already cosy house. It's a good mixture of local style along with modern amenities.
Just a very short stroll from the house in either direction allows you to explore Honfleur's fascinating architecture along with the abundance for local shops and fantastic restaurants.
The bustling night life around the harbour front and the views are just a pleasure and should not be missed.
Myself and my family enjoyed it so much that Easter is not too far around the corner !

"Nice town – Terrible Accommodation"
I want to start on a positive note – the town of Honfleur is beautiful and could be a beautiful break if you could get a reasonable standard of accommodation. This is where we suffered. Upon arrivin… More
All the plumbing issues have been resolved and I also have a new cleaner. The top floor bedroom has a new bed and has been re-decorated along with the rest of the house.

"Delightful quirky house in great location"
Just got back from Honfleur. Had a really nice time. The house suited my family & me as it is set over 4 floors - great for teenagers. Well equipped, well furnished & comfortable. Parked nearby but didn't use the car much as we walked everywhere. Very convenient location. Hope to return next year.

"Wow! What a find"
I have just had a very enjoyable few days holiday at this location. The house has a lot of character, charm and appeal and is situated in a fantastic location, close to the town and harbour, with off street parking only 1 minute away.
On Saturday morning's a local market is held by the harbour which has some really good stalls and there is a large choice of restaurants within the town. You are able to get a bus or drive to the very exquisite seaside town of Deauville, which is about an hour away.
The kitchen upon arrival appeared to be clean and had all the necessities that one would require for a self-catering base. The bedroom that I used on the second floor contained two very good pull out beds, one of which I slept on, and it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in whilst away on holiday. It was clean and spacious and had a very up to date DVD player, within the Television, that one could watch a selection of films upon.
The toilets and showers were both in good working order whilst I was there and there did not appear to be any problems with the sanitation. Linen and towels were supplied for the duration of the holiday.
I would certainly consider staying at this property again, should I visit Hon Fleur again

"Great location... All downhill from there."
This home is in the lovely town of Honfleur, and the location was superb, just a block away from the main street leading to the harbor. That is the best quality of this very basic residence. Unfortu… More
