About the home

The villa benefits from its own private pool as well as being within walking distance from Brittany's Southern coast.

The villa provides a fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining room and comfy sofas. There are 4 Large bedrooms, 1 bedroom downstairs with an extra single bed and en suite. 3 double bedrooms upstairs and 1 extra single bed. There is a large bathroom with sink, bath ,shower and separate toilet.

Le Pharf is the perfect self catering holiday for families with plenty in surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Facilities

Further details outdoors:
The pool is 8m by 4m and is heated by the sun. It as an electric pool cover that must be covered on and evening by yourselves. The garden area is fenced off so that it is child friendly. All garden furniture and BBQ is provided.

Although Le Pharf is situated close to the sea , please note that there is NOT a sea view.

There are no bikes provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own or you can rent bikes out in Tour Du Parc.

The balance is to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

Security Deposit

We also request an additional separate cheque of £150.00 to cover possible damages and in the event of no claims are refunded in full seven days from the date of your departure. Please send your security deposit at the same time as the rental balance.

There's so much to see on the Presqu'ile de Rhuys at any time of the year ,and you will enjoy its tranquillity too

The Le Tour du Parc area

Le Pharf is a luxuary villa located on the Southern Brittany coast of Tour du Parc approx 500m from the sea , beaches and tennis court. The villa is a 2 minute walk to the village , the village offers a market, petrol station, bakers and a bar.
There are superb restaurants nearby and plenty to see and do
The name of this village comes from its situation next to the walls of the former hunting places of Suscinio castle
Surrounded with marshes,its is renowned for its oyster farming
In Pencadenic,Castel,Banastere you will discover the oyster beds and their small huts with decorated walls
Right in the middle of the village,just behind the church,don't miss the Saint-Clair fountain with its astonishong celtic cross

By car you can travel within 2mins to the seafood market, 5mins to the castle and just before you arrive at the castle there is a very good pancake restaurant. The Kerver golf course is 20min drive just follow the direction to Arzon.

French markets are nearly every day of the week all within driving distance, please find details below-
