The self catering apartment is on the second floor of a grand Edwardian building constructed in 1905 '...bel exemple de l'architecture du touquet...' It sleeps 4/5 and has been restored (and where appropriate) renovated to a high standard. Its Edwardian grandeur has been retained; its ornate original features now combine with modern additions to provide stylish and comfortable self catering accommodation.
The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms (with balconies), a lounge (with 3 balconies), a modern fitted kitchen, hall and bathroom. It comfortably sleeps 4 and a cot is available for a little one! It's comfort and location are irresistible to those seeking a summer holiday, mid season break or a much needed long weekend break .. It is child friendly and ideal for family holidays.

On street parking is readily available nearby. It is advisable to purchase a weekly parking ticket from the tourist office (around €23). This allows you to park anywhere in Le Touquet there is also metered parking in the central area for €1 or €2 per hour depending on where you park. Additionally there quite a number of 1 hour free parking bays. Please check the local signs as parking restrictions change regularly.

The Le Touquet area
Le Touquet – Paris Plage (or Paris by the sea) is renowned as a top resort with good reason.
Le Touquet is a smart, vibrant, beach resort and ideal for short breaks, long weekends, family holidays, cycling, golf, walking and tennis holidays. Popular sporting activities in le Touquet are golf, tennis, sand yachting, cycle rides, walking and horse riding. Leisure activities include the Thalassotherapy Centre and the Aqualud.
Le Touquet's golden sandy beach is a popular attraction for people of all ages especially children and families. Le Touquet hosts activities like this sand yachting (right) and kite flying. Unlike other beach resorts Le Touquet is open all year.
Le Touquet is THE major resort along the Opale Coast and has been since the 1930’s when it was the seasonal haunt of the English as well as the French upper classes (Edward & Mrs Simpson were often discreet houseguests).

Le Mascaret apartment is easy to get to by car being just a short hop across the English Channel by ferry or tunnel.
We have negotiated some excellent pricing with the cross Channel Operators (Sea France and PO Ferries so are able to offer some substantial discounts when booked with this property or any of our other featured properties.
Alternatively direct flights to Le Touquet airport are available from Lydd Air who fly from Lydd airport near Ashford in Kent or Skysouth. via Brighton City airport (Shoreham) . Euroexec.com. also run regular charter flights to Le Touquet from Shoreham.

We had a lovely 3 days at Le Mascaret. I would love to return at some point in the near future. I would highly recommend this appartment and Le Touquet for a holiday.
