Just a short walk to the quiet sandy beach of Canadel while being a short drive to the Village of Le Rayol which has all amenities, restaurant and Friday market.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
Le Rayol/Canadel is a costal village west of the famous St Tropez, between the resorts of Cavalaire sur mere and Le Lavandou.
The area is very beautiful with breath taking views from to top of the col of Canadel of the sea and islands beyond. The area is well known for its sailing, there are marinas in Le Lavandou and Cavalaire. From the house are views of cap negre and the Islands of Hyeres, these islands can be visited daily by boat .
We are well placed to visit St Tropez, the hill top village of Gassin, and the Gorges of Verdan and historic Hyeres. There are many vine yards to visit, great cycle routes and for the energetic excellent walking.
Le Rayol Canadel area
The village of Le Rayol is a typical french village with all local shops which of course includes the wonderful baker and Friday morning market. Markets are in abundance in the area and one can be found within a short drive every day of the week.
Rayol is also the home of the famous botanical gardens at the Domain.The beaches in the area are all sandy safe beaches, there are a number to choose from all within a short distance of each other.
Tennis courts are in nearby Cavaliere and an 18 hole golf course is at La Londe about a 40 minute drive away. Sailing, water ski, jet ski, adventure park quad bike hire golf range are all in Cavaliere.
How to get there
By Air -We are just 40 minutes from Toulon airport, serviced by Ryanaire from Stanstead and Bristol. or about two hours from Nice or Marseille. By Train from St Pancras - Toulon By Road - we are happy to supply driving instructions.

Further details indoors: In addition to the four bedrooms one of the rooms has an adjoining family room with two single beds, this room is suitable for children only which makes the house comfortable for a maximum of 8 adults and two children. As well as this room the house has the benefit of an additional cool basement T.V. room, here we have some books and a few D.V.D's Our Washing Machine is in a laundry room, not the kitchen,
Further details outdoors: Our Swimming pool is 9m x 4m with an additional children's pool,has a salt sanitation system and cover. Cedar sun deck, sun loungers and sun shades.The gardens are well maintained with many local plants and mature trees, plenty of places to sit in the sun or the shade. There is a large open terrace, with sun pergola and seating, gas BBQ and dining table and chairs.
Further details
We live next door to the house and are here to hand over keys and to help should any problems arise. Our cleaning agency are also able to offer extra services ranging from cleaning, shopping to cooking. this services has to be arranged direct with the agency.
Conditions
We have a no smoking house, smoking is allowed outside.
We require a security deposit of £500 payable prior to the start of your holiday, this will be refunded within 7 days of departure, after inspection of the house.
A deposit of 25% is requested with booking the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday
