La Respelido was renovated by us in 2002 and is situated up a hill which gives a superb view of the sea. We are very close to the village with all amenties including, butcher, baker, deli, bank, post office, hairdressers, flower shop and a small supermarket.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, a boules pitch and a table tennis table. The outside area is large with three separate terraces, all facing the sea.

The villa is very airy and spacious with the kitchen, lounge and dining room all facing the sea. All but one bedroom faces the sea, three having balconies and one its own separate terrace. It is totally open plan. The utility room leads out to the terrace and has iron, washing machine and dryer.

The outside of the villa is very large having three levels. One level for al fresco dining with a large terrace outside the dining room which has recently been decked to enlarge it.
The next level is the swimming pool with large terrace and below this is a further terrace with a boules pitch.
We also have a table tennis table.

. There are steps leading down to the house and so the villa may not be suitable for very young children or older guests
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
The Cote d'Azur is a wonderful area to discover. For families there are beaches galore, with facilities for learning to water ski, sail, take a banana boat, etc. For walkers, the hills behind the villa are wonderful with superb views. For mountain bikers, a dream come true.
There are markets every day within a half hour drive, with one in the village of Rayol every Friday.
St Tropez is 25 kilometres away.
The Le Rayol Canadel area
Cavalaire is a town very close to Rayol with excellent facilities for children and adults alike.
Here you can hire bicycles, scooters, go on the beach, superb restaurants and a market in the port every evening.
In Rayol you can visit the Domaine du Rayol, a beautiful garden, and concerts are held here as well.
The Ballie Suffren Hotel also in Rayol has concerts throughout the summer. The tourist office in Rayol will have all the details.
Further afield are the villages of Bormes les Mimosas, Grimaud, Gassin and Ramatuelle, all of which are beautiful and interesting towns.
