All the rooms are arranged on one level with an open plan living-dining room with comfy sofas, an elegant fireplace and attractive exposed beams. There is also a mezzanine level where two children can be accommodated on request.
Other reception rooms are a family room with television and a traditional kitchen fitted with all you could need including a dishwasher, oven, hobs, coffee maker, microwave etc.
There are 3 bedrooms in total, all of which are doubles, one the large master bedroom with its own bathroom and the other two sharing a bathroom.
You can reach the villa up an 100m tree-lined drive from the road. The villa is actually set in private grounds of 2.5 acres including open lawns, fruit and cypress trees, a lovely sunny terrace with a large salt water swimming pool, and a shaded patio and barbecue for outdoor meals- a holiday necessity!

This lovely family holiday home is located in the famous “golden triangle” of Provence in South West France, famous for its stunning countryside, picturesque little villages, cuisine and historical towns including the nearby Arles and Avignon.
The Le Paradou area
The villa has direct access to the National Park where you can explore the hiking trails on foot, bike or horseback, historical remains and even walk to tennis courts and a football pitch if you´d like an active holiday.
