The Mauritius West Coast/Flic en Flac region
La Gaulette is a traditionally fisherman village surrounded by a naturally wonderful settings between the mountains and the Le Morne Peninsula. The sea between the coast and the Bénitier island lives the impression that you are right on a lakeside.
The magnificent beaches of Le Morne Brabant has attracted various luxury hotels and the public beach is second to none. Not far away lies the One-eye surf spot which attracts more and more surfers (windsurfers and kitesurfers) every year and from many countries around the world.
