The newly renovated Domaine Sur Erve is a purpose-built centre for group accommodation in a peaceful rural venue. Recently opened for business Domaine Sur Erve is now presented on the Simply Chateau website.
7 large luxurious rooms accommodate groups from 8-24 guests, on a catered basis.
This unique holiday, wedding, workshops and conference venue boasts an indoor swimming pool and gym. The Domaine Sur Erve enjoys 4.5 acres of gardens.
The Chateau Saint Pierre has is convenient from both the UK and Paris.

The Loire Valley / Sarthe region
Nearby the chateau is the beautiful city of Bourges together with it's world famous cathedral (UNESCO world heritage site). Bourges also has many cafes, bars & Boutiques tucked away in its cobbled streets. The Chateau is close to the wine regions of Pouilly & Sancerre where tours of the vineyards and sampling of some of the delicious wines is easily organized. Motorist enthusiast should not miss visiting Magny Cours, where track days can be organized. One can take your own car around the circuit at near by Lurcy-Levis. For those wishing to taste the grandeur and history of the Loire there are many grand chateaux worth visiting and formal gardens such as the one at Apremont-sur-Allier (voted one of the most beautiful villages in France). Some of the finest porcelain in France is produced in La Borne and there are fifty or so workshops open to the public, together with the museum. For sports enthusiasts there are 5 golf courses, fishing, horse riding, kayaking and canoeing all within an easy drive of the chateau.
Le Mans area
The Chateau Saint Pierre sits on the side of a gentle valley leading down to the river Erve and is surrounded by farmlands in a quiet rural location. Despite the "away-from-it-all" feeling, we are easily reached by train, plane and automobile.

Further details indoors: The Chateau Saint Pierre has 7 bedrooms suites, all with en-suite facilities comprising a WC, hand basins and shower (2 rooms also have a bathtub). The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortably furnished - snug in winter with warm quilts and thermostatically controlled radiators, and airy in summer. Each bedroom has a diffent décor. There is a ground floor bedroom and bathroom, and 6 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Each double room has an extra bed. Linen, towels are provided for an each bedroom has internet connection and a television.
Further details outdoors: When you book the Domaine Sur Erve, all of the facilities are available exclusively for you. These include the 2 large activity rooms, the dining room, sitting room and bar with Yamaha pianos. The gym, gardens, and indoor swimming pool (29 degrees) are available for your use. We provide the catering.
We are organized to welcome both business and holiday groups.

Security deposit: £500. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection. Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price. Energy costs: Included in the rental price. End of stay cleaning: Included in the rental price. Arrival time: 4.00pm onwards. Departure time: 10.00am. Pets: Pets not allowed. Smoking: No smoking in the property. It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
