The House was built in the 1920's for the River Boat Trade as a restaurant, it now offers B/B in main house and a Self Contained Holiday Cottage which has a double bedroom (twin beds). Comfortable living room, English TV double futon. Modern fitted kitchen/dining room, toilet and shower room.Outside there is a private south facing Riverside Terrace with stunning views, we also provide garden furniture and a BBQ.There is also access to 50 meters of river bank. for your personal use.
The lively village of Noyen-sur-Sarthe is within 10 minutes walking distance, has shops, bars restaurants, and a supermarket.
Nearby there are excellent facilities with easy access to Le-Mans, Angers,Samur Loire Vineyards, local markets.
Accommodation is ideally suited for couples or a small family, with entertainment for all ages.
If Fishing is your hobby, here it is second to none. Very large Carp in excess of 20lbs, Bream, Barbel, and many other species caught.
A Fridge is provide for bait in the cellar next to the riverside terrace

Le-Mans - famous for the 24hr race and every other year for the Le-Man Classic (for old cars) very popular with the British car lovers.
The city of Le-Man is very old with wonderful old building to see, but much up to date with a new Trayway, covering all over the city.
