La Guetterie is a 17th century farm set in 3 1/2 acres of land including a lake, orchard and garden. the property is set of the road and has been landscaped with trees, so you have complete seclusion for your holiday. it is the ideal setting for a family holiday offering privacy close to the chateaux. we are situated 1/2 way between Le Mans and Tours. As a result we are perfectly placed for attending the various events at Le Mans or visiting the surrounding chateaux's

The Loire Valley / Sarthe region
Chateaux, racing, fishing, boating, wine tasting all is on offer in the surrounding area. Loire valley is well known for its chateaux just minutes from the property , with many others along the length of the valley. if you would like to partake in some wine tasting there are an abundance of vineyards in this area.
for fisherman Le Loir offers both fishing and boating.
finally for those more interested in the four wheeled entertainment, Le Mans is located just a short drive up the motorway from the property .
