Villa Branka is a quality property, comfortably and beautifully furnished in a rustic provencal style and has the additional advantage of having some bedrooms on the ground floor.

The open spacious lounge and dining room are ideal for spending quality time with the whole family and also give some cool respite from the hot sun. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with good views of the hills and surrounding countryside.

Outside, the children will enjoy the large grounds and the private pool, whilst the grown ups will love relaxing on the deck or dining al fresco on the shady terrace after a game of tennis.

A wonderful location for a relaxing holiday and if you manage to tear yourself away from the villa, there is also plenty to do nearby with St Raphael just a short drive away.

Independent studio on the side of the property is occupied by someone who attends to the pool early morning and can intervene if there is a maintenance problem, they are absent during the day.

About this location

The Provence region

The Var department is situated west of its famous neighbour Côte d’Azur. With its beautiful landscape of both mountains and sea and its sunny Mediterranean weather it is a popular holiday destination all year round.

Along its 300-km long coast, you will find some stylish seaside resorts like glitzy St Tropez and Ste Maxime, as well as some smaller but equally beautiful and charming resorts like Bandol or Le Lavandou. The beautiful Iles d'Or (Porquerolles, Ile du Levant and Pors Cros) are also well worth a visit and can be reached by boat from La Tour Fondue near Hyères.

Inland, you will find delightful and unspoilt hilltop villages, green oak forests and further to the north, the breathtaking Gorges du Verdon with its many water sports and activities. A visit to the Abbaye du Tholonet while the monks sing their evensong can be a most relaxing break from the bustling beaches. The Var region is particularly well known for its Rosé wine and a good fresh Bandol is well worth a meal in a seafront restaurant. The local Gastronomy is bursting with fresh herbs and full provencal flavours.

Le Luc

Located in the heart of the Centre Var, Le Luc is a small town which knows how to mix the charms of it's past with it's modern dynamic local economy. It's location at the crossroads of the main routes in the Var, have helped the development of this agricultural town.

The historic town centre, with it's narrow streets and little streams, watched over by the 27 meter high Hexagonal tower and the campanile of the Roman clock tower, offers a pleasant environment .

The old town has preserved an array of interlaced streets, partly in shade, partly in the sun, which stretch along the hill side. Le Luc is especially interesting for stamp collectors who will find much to interest them at the Regional Stamp Museum.

Further afield in the Maures Plaine , the leisure circuit will test the fittest amongst you.
