The villa is an exclusive private residential domain very peaceful with a Mediterranean garden of 1400 m² at 1 km from a very nice sandy beach where you can enjoy all nautical activities. The 160 m² villa is perfect for family holidays with 4 bedrooms, 4 double-beds and 2 single ones. There are 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms and 3 WCs. Fully renovated in May for the first year of rent.
The kitchen is fully equipped and BBQ is ready to enjoy diner on one of the terraces! Come and enjoy the sea view while floating on the swimming pool!

Cavalière is known as the sporty beach, a long beach of fine-grained sand, lined with pine-trees, and is a place for all kinds of fun: sailing, badminton, pedal-boats, volley-ball, diving, parascending, water-skiing, jet-skiing, catamarans... you can do whatever you like whenever you like.

Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Alternative arrangements can be considered with prior arrangement. The weekly charge includes linen, electricity, gas, water, and cleaning at the end of the stay . It excludes telephone cost. A 30% deposit is requested within 5 days of placing the booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before rental commences. A refundable damage deposit of 1000 € is also required at the same time. The deposit will be refund 10 days after the last day of your reservation date if no damage has been detected when inventory control will be done by the person which will welcome you and give you the keys.
