The lovely coved beach is a 5 minute walk where you will find a variety of water sports to suit all the family as well as sun-loungers/parasols to hire. Le Lavandou is also a short stroll where there are lots of small shops, restaurants and cafes. Visit nearby Ramatuelle, Gassin, Port Grimaud and of course beautiful St. Tropez. Families may be interested in Aqualand in Frejus.

The house has been constructed to a very high standard and is superbly presented over 2 levels. The entrance on the lower level leads to a lovely hallway with master bedroom with own en suite shower room, double bedroom and twin bedroom all with access to the terrace and stunning views. There is also a family bathroom with separate shower enclosure on this level. The well equipped utility is also on this level. All of the bathrooms are presented to a very high standard.
The upper level is a lovely airy space with large feature open plan lounge dining with pull back glass doors and large terrace which has to be seen to be believed! The attached most attractive kitchen is Provençal in design and yet very highly equipped. The main master bedroom is on this level with double access to the terrace, fantastic views of the bay from the bed and a superb en suite shower room.

The private manicured gardens are a joy to behold with stunning views over the bay. The garden is full of beautiful plants and specimen trees as well as lots of provencal lavender. There are lots of different places to sit and relax with most attractive and comfortable outdoor furniture. The spacious sandstone terraces lead to the amazing pool area where you will find a choice of massaging jets for neck and shoulders and a resistant jet for the more adventurous swimmer. After all this hard work why not try the double sun bed which feels like floating on water.
The upper terrace looks over all of this area and to the stunning views beyond. The lovely beach of Le Lavandou is just a 5 minute walk. Le Lavandou, where you will find cafes and restaurants is just 10 minutes walk from this lovely villa. The pool has a very effective alarm system in place.

This is a wonderful part of France with stunning scenery and views. The colours of this area have to be seen to be believed and change with each season.The area is one of rolling countryside, trees, quiet roadways and lovely towns.The coastal areas are just lovely with beautiful rocky coves and sandy beaches.This is an area of vineyards and there are many open to the public where you can try some of the delicious wines.
There are also no end of wonderful old villages to be visited each with their own individual charm.Bormes les Mimosas is such a pretty village which is close to this house. Try perched village Gassin, Ramatuelle, and of course stylish St Tropez - not to be missed, the old town of Grimaud, Port Grimaud. Further afield why not take a day trip to stylish Cannes and watch the world go by from the Croisette.
The Le Lavandou / Cavaliere area
The villa is located on a quiet residential road with stunning views over the Bay of Cavaliere. It is just a 5 minute walk to the horse shoe shaped beach, where you will find a choice of beach bars/restaurants, and where you can hire sun loungers and parasols.
The town of Le Lavandou is an attractive sea side town with small shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a weekly market well worth visiting. St Tropez is just a short drive through wonderful countryside. Visit the lovely nearby villa of Bormes les Mimosas located on the other side of Le Lavandou. There are also lots of vineyards in the area to visit and try the local wine.
