Originally built in 1896, Chalet le 4 was lovingly restored to its former glory and brought into the 21st century by your hosts Eva and Piet Hein Schram. Chalet le 4 contains three 4-6 person (65m2) apartments and one 6-7 person (80m2) apartment and numerous facilities such as a gym, pool sauna and communal dining and lounge area. Apartment 3 contains six single beds that can be converted into doubles. Additional baby or junior beds are available.
Located at the end of the Vallée du Bouchet in Le Grand Bornand, Chalet le 4 allows visitors to benefit from all that Le Grand Bornand has to offer whilst on the other hand provides a setting that is truly "away from it all".

Chalet le 4 contains three 4-6 person (65m2) apartments and one 6-7 person (80m2) apartment and numerous facilities such as a gym, pool sauna and communal dining and lounge area. The apartments can be rented individually or together as the whole chalet.
Located at the end of the Vallée du Bouchet in Le Grand Bornand, Chalet le 4 allows visitors to benefit from all that Le Grand Bornand has to offer whilst on the other hand provides a setting that is truly "away from it all".
Apartment 3 contains three bedrooms, two bathroom, an ensuite showerroom, a living/dining area and a well equipped full kitchen. In two out of the three bedrooms there is space for another baby or junior bed. Apartment 3 is on the first floor. The spacious kitchen, dining and living area are fully furbished to the highest standards and can cater for both young families, couples or groups of friends.
As avid travellers we never managed to find the perfect accomodation in the perfect location for a relaxing and active family holiday, so we decided to build it ourselves in Le Grand Bornand. As your hosts we live on-site and are at hand to assist you with any queries you may have and make your stay as relaxing as possible.

Apartment 3 contains six single beds that can be converted into doubles. Additional baby or junior beds are available.
Chalet le 4 is self catering but the hosts offer breakfast and table d'hôte upon request. Please also enquire for additional children evening meal possibilities. Fresh bread service is also available upon request.
Conditions
Linen & towels are included as well as mid-week and end-of-stay cleaning. Additional junior bed and/or baby cot can be booked and are charged at EUR 15 per bed per night. Table d'hote EUR 25 per adult / EUR 10 per child

Check out is at 9.30am and check in at 4pm. Alternative arrival and departure times can be arranged on request and luggage storage and shower facilities are available.
Payment terms: A booking deposit of 50% of rental fee is payable on reservation. The balance is payable 8 weeks in advance or immediately if sooner. Damages (except fair wear and tear) will be taken from an additional refundable security deposit of EUR 400.

Le Grand Bornand is situated in the centre of the Alpine region of the Haute Savoie. An easy drive from both Annecy (TGV) and Geneva (international airport) it is very easily accessible.
Equally well known for its great ski slopes in winter as well as the wide range of outdoor activities in summer, Le Grand Bornand prides itself of being a family orientated village.
The Le Grand Bornand / Lormay area
A skiresort with over 90km of alpine skislopes, Le Grand Bornand is also well known for its cross country ski track (across the road from Chalet le 4). The heated outdoor swimming pool in neighbouring La Clusaz provides for an incredible experience: swimming outdoor with a view of the white slopes.
In summer, Le Grand Bornand has a wide range of outdoor and family activities such as hiking and cycling on offer. Its beautiful aquatic centre with three heated outdoor pools is open from June until September and is located right in the centre of town.
Nearby Annecy is known as the Venice of France and both its historic centre as well as its beautiful lake are within easy reach from Le Grand Bornand.
