Newly renovated stone house in perigord noir 1 hectar of land, with all amenities, sat tv ,dvd , dishwasher, internet wifi , above ground pool 5M by 1and 1/2M high, trail to source water, 5m trampoline,2Bikes, near horse riding and pony riding, near pool in bugue, 5 min from water park with water slides and Three pools and a lake. paragliding, trails, terrace with patio, outdoor oriental inspired lounging area, bbq, calm and quiet. A walk from paragliding take off. River at bottom of hill. Five minutes from town with many grocery stores,banks and restaurants. A quiet area at top of a hill away from all traffic and noise, surrounded by forest, walnut trees, perfect to resource with nature. At the bottom of the hill the vezere river where you can do kayak or canoe. We are 5 minutes away from the bugue market 10 min from st cyprien market and 10 min from les eyzies and 30 min away from the midieval town of sarlat la caneda which is very busy with tourists in the summer as well as 30 min from bergerac. So you are close to all the major cities in perigord noir but you can come back to the calm of a country setting.
we can also offer massage from a professional massage therapist who will come to the house at an extra charge as well as a personal caterer who can cook a typical perigord meal for you and your family also extra if wanted
And we have a infrared sauna available at an extra charge.

Wine , foie gras, wallnuts and truffles, is what would best describe this region, other then the fact that with all these good things comes a great quality of life.
The Le Bugue area
The house is situated on a hill top with its own source and trails, its about five minutes from the bugue, with a market once a week and other markets in nearby sarlat or les eyzies, with many caves and castles and midieval villages to visit. There is a water parc 5 min by car or twenty minute bike ride, with a big swimming lake, three pools and water slides, with many tree shaded lounge areas.

Splendid house,spatious,cosy,very well stocked with everything you could need.very peacefull location, in the middle of everything the dordogne has to offer.Elisyah is one of a kind,very warm personality.We simply don't understand why there is no waitinglist! |
