About the home

The house can sleep 6 + one baby in a cot (baby folding cot).
The top floor includes the masters' bedroom for two (queen size bed) with it's ensuite bathroom fitted with a separate shower, a bath, a double sink and toilets; On this floor there is also a small laundry with a washing machine and a drier, the kitchen and the dining room opening on the sitting room.
The ground floor, opening directly on the East patio, has 2 nice double bedrooms ( each bedroom can be accommodated with either a queen size beds or 2 single beds) and includes as well one ensuite and one independent shower room, each of them fully fitted (shower, sink and toilets).
The property is ideal for friendly and active parties or for family holidays in the Provence beyond. Hiking, biking, golfing, canyoning, or just swimming and resting round the swimming pool, visiting places such as Grasse, Valbonne, Vence, Saint Paul de Vence, Tourrettes sur Loup, all these activities are available and local. The coast (Cannes, Antibes) is no further than a 45 minutes drive.

The linen is provided as well as 2 indoor towels per guests: but we don't provide beach or pool towels. Thank you for your understanding.
Each ground floor bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be arranged as a queen size bed at your request: just mention it on your booking form.

The house sits amongst a terraced olive grove of 5000 square meters.The property is not fenced but enjoys a friendly neighbouring.
The private parking, behind the house can park up to 6 cars.

Conditions

A well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no cats.
Strictly no smoking.
Refundable breakages deposit of 900 euros is required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
30% of rental fee due to secure the booking.

So much has been said about the french Riviera that I would not deam to improve on it...
But what would you like to go for? Enjoy the sun? Visit historical places, from the cave men era to the more recent times? See the work of some of the most famous artists? Activities such as hiking, glidding, canyoning, golfing? Or even nightclubing?
Name it, you can do it...

The Le Bar Sur Loup area

The village of Bar sur Loup is one of the famous Provençal Perched Villages and is an excellent base either to enjoy some 'farniente' around the swimming pool while contemplating the beautiful views or to explore the many nearby villages such as Tourrettes/Loup and its artisans' shops, Vence with its so picturesque old town and the beautiful Matisse's chapel or the world famous St Paul de Vence and the Maeght Foundation
*Grasse nearest town, its Perfumes factories, its museums, deserves a visit . *Nice (great Italian old town, good museums and wide range of restaurants and shops) takes about 40 min by car and so does Cannes, with its festival hall, the Croisette and its sunny beaches, the 'rue d'Antibes' with its fashion shops.
For those who prefer more sportive activities, hiking, canoeing or paragliding are within 15 minute. For the golfers, 5 golfs are 10 to 20 min away by car from the property, and 5 other, including the superb Chateau de Taulanne, at a maximum an hour.
When they are not in or around the swimming pool the children might like canyoning in the Loup River, or exercising their skill at the nearest accrobranche (about half an hour away from the property).

The easiest way to come from far to our property is by plane as many companies (Easy Jet being one) offer good deal on the rental of a car during your stay, if you take the option when you book your flight.

There is no additionnal cost for the cleaning on the departure day providing the property is left in correct order (waste taken away, fridge emptied, normal cleaning done...)

A security deposit (not included in the rental price) of 900 euros is required and reimbursed within one weeks maximum providing the checking of the property is satisfactory (and right after the checking if paid cash, providing the checking is satisfactory)
