Nestled next to the owners' farmhouse and surrounded by open farmland and countryside views an ideal location to enjoy some peace and tranquillity.
A perfect base for touring the whole of Cornwall and Devon you will be less than 3 miles to the A30 to take you to a wealth of attractions including the north and south coast beaches, The Eden Project, Tintagel with its Arthurian legends, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, historic Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican and much more. The ancient former Cornish capital of Launceston is a 10 minute drive and offers a range of shops and pubs as well as a castle to explore. In the evenings, visit one of the many local inns serving good food. Within 2 miles there are various sites for coarse and river fishing.

Bathroom: situated downstairs, with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD with Blu-ray, iPod dock, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment and microwave. Outside: enclosed lawn area with garden furniture and gas BBQ and additional patio area. Amenities: 1 dog welcome.
