FORMER RAILWAY COTTAGE IN TRANQUIL HAMLET SETTING

This recently refurbished, semi-detached former railway cottage was built in 1862 and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the charming hamlet of Splatt, within the picturesque rolling Cornish countryside.

Located in central North Cornwall, this is the ideal location for guests who are looking to tour this unique county. Only 10 minutes from the A30, that links East and West Cornwall, means that the popular tourist hot spots of Bodmin Moor with its rugged beauty, England's most westerly point Lands End, as well as the famous variety of National Trust properties and The Eden Project, Cornwall's premiere attraction, are all within easy reach. The north coast is strewn with surfing beaches and secluded sandy coves whilst the south coast offers a variety of picture postcard traditional fishing villages, harbours and a wealth of other attractions.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom all located on the first floor reached via steep cottage style stairs. Bathroom: bath with shower attachment and WC, located downstairs. Lounge: benefitting from a woodburner (first basket of logs included) and flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview, with a study/reading room just off. Dining room: separate. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. Outside: enjoys a generous enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: allocated parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 20 minutes, shop 2 miles and pub 5 miles.
