Located on the owner's farm, situated at the end of a long private tarmac drive surrounded by farmland and Priddacombe Downs (224 acre Nature Reserve, owned and run by the Cornwall Wildlife Trust) from where you can enjoy exhilarating walks and see "Brown Willy", the highest point on Bodmin Moor. Nature lovers can see a variety of birdlife and the many wild flowers, insects and animals that inhabit this beautiful heathland.

This property's location offers easy access to a variety of attractions such as The Eden Project (35 minutes), the Cornish shopping experience of Trago Mills (25 minutes), The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the historic Jamaica Inn (5 minutes), which serves food and was the theme of Daphne Du Maurier's famous novel. The coast at Port Isaac is 19 miles away and the fishing village of Padstow is also nearby and offers excellent fresh fish restaurants (Rick Stein's bistro and restaurant being well worth a visit). Excellent fly fishing at Colliford Lake/Reservoir or the nearby Temple Fishery. Other traditional fishing villages such as Looe only 35 minutes away and the sandy beaches at Polzeath and Newquay are within 1 hours drive. All this and breathtaking moorland walks direct from the cottage. Alternatively stay put and relax in the garden where you can see some of the farming activities or sit back and enjoy the views.

Lounge: large with solid oak flooring, feature solid granite fireplace with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV, Freeview, DVD, patio doors leading onto private patio. Kitchen/diner: with washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and wine cooler. Dining area with seating for 7. Outside: patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, lawn with seating area to enjoy the views. Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen, electric and central heating included.
