Bathroom: situated off the lounge, luxurious with ample room to relax and unwind with bath, shower and WC. Lounge/diner: on the split level ground floor with woodburner, leather sofas, TV and DVD. Kitchen: reached via 3 steps, custom built to fit in with the character of the property with electric cooker, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. Outside: shared enclosed garden with private BBQ area to enjoy a relaxing, warm Cornish evening, watching the sunset across the valley. Amenities: ample off-road parking available. Bed linen, electric, central heating and first basket of logs included. Regret no smoking. 1 medium size dog by arrangement (only allowed downstairs, stairgate provided). Location: beach 8 miles, shop and pub 5 miles.
