Carefully restored using local materials, the Barn retains much of its original character with granite lintels, Oak beams and Cornish rag slates and yet makes use of modern 'green' technology with solar panels and underfloor heating. It is the perfect spot for those who require peace and tranquillity.

The open plan first floor living area has exposed oak A-frames, wooden floors and beautiful views across the patchwork of local farmland with Dartmoor in the distance. The lounge has a digital TV, DVD player, comfy seats and a selection of books, games, toys and DVD’s for guests to use. A large kitchen area has been fitted with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer dryer. The French windows open onto the original granite steps which lead down to the large garden
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite shower room and wc. The twin bedroom has 3 foot beds which can be zipped and linked together to form a very large double on request. There is a further single bedroom with a pull out 2’ 6” bed available. The family bathroom has a large bath with a shower over it.

The Barn is separate from the farm and has its own entrance and a South facing sunny secure garden with plenty of room to sit on the patio, play on the grass. The car parking area provides plenty of space for 2-3 cars easily.

Gospenheale Barn is situated 5 miles West of Launceston in Cornwall. By car, come to Cornwall on the A30 trunk road driving west. After you drive past the town of Launceston take the A395 signposted to Wadebridge and Camelford. Drive for 3 miles on the A395 until you reach the small village of Pipers Pool. As you enter the village turn right onto a side road signposted to Egloskerry. Gospenheale Barn is 350 metres on the right hand side. Closest airports to Gospenheale Barn are at Exeter or Newquay.
