This villa is ideal for a small family who like to be close to the amenities of the resort, being just 900 metres from the beach and 1.5km from Latchi harbour, where you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Beyond Latchi you will find the well know 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for nature lovers the protected Akamas Peninsular. Within 10 minutes drive you will find the small town of Polis with it's pedestrianised centre making it safe to browse the many shops or enjoy a coffee watching the world pass by. The daily market, waterpark, harbour and castle of Paphos can be reached within 45 minutes drive.

The entrance door opens into the open plan lounge/dining area, with satellite TV (limited channels) and CD player, furnished with soft sofas, armchair and a dining table and 4 chairs, which is situated in front of the patio doors overlooking the swimming pool. The kitchen has a further table and chairs, and is equipped with a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and oven and hob. The kitchen door leads out to a rear patio overlooking the field of carob trees behind.
A hallway leads to the two bedrooms: The master double bedroom has it's own en suite shower room and patio doors that lead to the pool area. There is also a twin bedroom and these two rooms are separated by the fully tiled bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units*, which can be used for either cooling or heating.
