A truly Beachfront bungalow ideal for couples and families seeking the tranquility of an unspoiled part of Cyprus.

The location is uniquely close to the beach offering completely unobstructed views of the sea.

The bedroom is 60m from the water.

It is set right on the blue flag turtle beach, Latchi Arsinoe beach, with a pedestrian walkway leading to the Latchi fishing harbour and marina and in close proximity to the pretty village of Polis and at the same time in close distance of Pafos and its international airport. It has Akamas National Park as a backdrop and the Baths of Aphrodite a short distance away. The beach starts a few meters from the edge of the garden and is primarily used by the bungalow residents.

A newly furnished bungalow. The lounge area, which looks out onto the sea, is laid out with a settee sand has a SMART TV , while the dining area has a table and comfortable chairs for your evening meal.

The two bedrooms offer comfortable and stylish sleeping arrangements, with spacious fitted wardrobes and drawer space in both. Both have good quality soft furnishings. The main room like the rest of the villa offers unobstructed sea views, is bright and airy, and very tastefully furnished. It contains a double bed, while in the rear bedroom are two singles. A Cot and an extra camp bed is available if required.

The kitchen is well equipped, with an oven, electric hobs, a fridge-freezer, microwave and a washing machine. The bathroom has bath with a shower, a toilet, and cupboard space.

Both bedrooms and living room are fitted with air conditioning included in the price to allow you to enjoy the hottest of days, and all necessary pillows, cushions, linen, duvets, cutlery, glasses and crockery are provided.

The shutters and fly screens in every room are configured so that you can open them independently to retain security while allowing a cool, refreshing breeze and the sound of the sea to waft into the room. For additional security there is also a small safe for your use.

The tiled patio is accessed via French doors in the lounge and is equipped with loungers and deckchairs, and the back garden has a drive with parking, a washing line and storage for all garden furniture.

Absolutely wonderful bungalow right on the beach. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We loved our 2 weeks there and were really sad to go home. Will return next year, all being well.
