Latchi is situated around a harbour which offers a selection of restaurants and bars. There are a couple of supermarkets selling everything you require for a self-catering break.
Polis is only 2km away which offers additional restaurants, bars and shops.

The Paphos District
Latchi is a very picturesque fishing village situated around a harbour area. There are ample bars and restaurants which offer excellent fish dishes as well as local traditional Greek dishes.
The beach is only a few minutes walk away, with crystal clear waters.
Polis is only 2km away. There is lovely square housing bars and restaurants and another beach area.
Cyprus boasts great weather for most of the year with temperatures reaching over 30 degrees in the summer months. May and September are very pleasent months to visit.
Latchi area
Aphrodites Baths are only 6km away. Troodos Mountains can be reached within an hour and a half.
Paphos and Coral Bay are only a 30 minute drive away.
There are 3 golf courses in the Paphos region.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Paphos airport which is about a 50 minute drive away. There are several airlines flying direct from the UK to Paphos to include BA, Thomson, Thomas Cook, XL, Monarch and Cyprus Airways.

Further details indoors: There are two double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room, located on the first floor. There is also a twin bedroom and a house bathroom. The landing area is being utilised as a second lounge area with TV. All bedrooms have balconies with sea or pool views.
On the ground floor there is a second twin bedroom and a further shower room with wc. The lounge area has ample seating space as well as a 8 seater dining table. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooker, fredge/freezer, dish washer etc and overlooks the pool area.
Further details outdoors: The villa has its own private pool located in a well kept garden area. There is a patio area with outside dining table and chairs. There is use of a BBQ. There is a parking space with a gated area.

The villa can be rented daily or weekly. There is no specific change-over day. Any breakages must be paid for.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is due when booking and the balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
Taxi transfers can be arranged to and from the airport.
