LOCATED IN LATCHI. This beautiful stone built villa offers every modern comfort with traditional styling including cool tiled floors and a wealth of exposed wooden beams through-out the interior.


Set is its own attractive gardens leading directly to the beach. Some 10 minutes walk away.

The villa has a private pool complete with exterior Jacuzzi, built barbecue area and plenty of comfortable wooden patio furniture to tempt you to relaxed days, enjoying the sun.

There is a spacious welcoming lounge/dining room with open fireplace.You'll find the bedrooms are tastefully appointed with attractive furnishings.

A/C and Heating charged locally per unit per day. (one unit in each bedroom and one unit in the living room/kitchen).

The Paphos region

Latchi (also known locally as Lakki or Latsi) was formerly a sponge diving centre and is now a tranquil, slow paced harbour resort. It is the last resort on the northwest coast before entering the protected Akamas National park. The newly modernised harbour is beautifully situated in the sweeping Chrysochou bay. It has a fringe of excellent fish tavernas and asking for "the catch of the day" is a fish lovers delight. This area is perfect for organised scuba diving with many local diving centres. Latchi is only a 5 minute drive from the traditional resort of Polis.

Area Description:

Latchi / Latsi with its coastal paved walk is the picturesque harbour of Polis, known throughout Cyprus for its fresh fish. In the past it served as a small port for shipping carobs. The old stone carob warehouses have been converted into restaurants, fish taverns and places of recreation. From Latchi, travelers to Polis can go on short cruises to the Akamas, a must for all visitorsAccording to legend, the area that is now Latchi was once long ago, the scene of a dramatic tale between two young loves. In the time of the gods, Aphrodite, it is said, fell in love with a bold young hunter named Adonis. Adonis loved the thrill of hunting, Aphrodite, however was concerned for his safety. One day while hunting a wild boar he was killed as the raging boar buried its tusk in the young hunters side.As Aphrodite rushed to the scene, she cut her delicate skin on the underbrush and tinged all the white roses pink. On finding Adonis she shed countless tears, which, as they struck the ground turned into anemones; the red drops of blood at the scene then turned into red roses. This legend explains how all the beautiful flowers came to be in this area.

Paphos (or Pafos) is one of the most beautiful and ancient towns of Cyprus. Wherever one treads in Paphos he comes across its glorious history which dates back thousands of years, when the cult of goddess Aphrodite who emerged from its seas, flourished in this beautiful part of the world attracting many visitors from the island and abroad.

Today Paphos is a small harbour town, but in Hellenistic and Roman times it was the capital of Cyprus. Still under the spell of her Beauty-Goddess, the area retaining her magic, has remained impact by time. Paphos seduces its visitor with its majestic landscape, lovely coastline, historical treasures and delightful villages where tradition is still a way of life.

The legacy from its remarkable history adds up to nothing less than an open museum, so much so that UNESCO simply added the whole town its world Cultural Heritage List. Among the treasures unearthed, are the remarkable mosaics in the Houses of Dionyssos, Theseus and Aion, beautifully preserved after 16 centuries under the soil. Then there are the mysterious vaults and caves, the Tombs of the Kings, the ancient Odeon Theatre and other places of interest including the various Museums.
