A stunning luxury villa located opposite the sandy Latchi beach. In our opinion, this is one of the very best locations in Cyprus for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. A car is not essential.

Each bedroom has a balcony with sea views, or you can relax on the fabulous sunny roof terrace where meals or sunbathing can be enjoyed in complete seclusion.

Layout: 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin), kitchen, lounge, 3 bathrooms (1 en suite, 1 family bathroom, 1 washroom/wc), sea view roof terrace.

From the pool, a short path leads through the private garden to a gate that then opens on to the sandy beach.

The beach has been awarded a European 'Blue Flag'. This prestigious award is only given to the very best beaches with regulations ensuring that there is a lifeguard tower, daily beach cleaning and safe shallow swimming.

Simply stunning property located opposite the sandy Latchi beach. In our opinion, this is one of the very best locations in Cyprus for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The sandy beach is at the end of the garden; nearby tavernas/bars and shops are just a very short walk away.

The Paphos region

Latchi: At Latchi you will find a laid back Cypriot village with a sandy beach and waterfront tavernas. Local life focuses on the fishing harbour. The local bars are low key and welcoming.

About 2 miles northwards of the Old Harbour in Paphos you will find the Tombs of the Kings. The tombs are impressive enough to be worthy of kings. They are burial caves carved into the bedrock of the hill and decorated with Doric columns and capitals which date from the 4th century BC. You can freely walk about the place once inside, searching through the rooms of the tombs, with some parts underground being carved into the rock.

The Latchi area

A short walk down the beach, approximately 200m, you will reach the villa owner's beach front taverna. You can be assured of extra special attention. The taverna features fresh seafood (caught by their own fishing boat) but has other dishes too.

Latchi is a pretty peaceful fishing village surrounded by vibrant green countryside and farmland. Located on the border of the Akamas Peninsula on the north west coast of Cyprus, this traditional Cypriot resort is just 2 miles from Polis and around 15 miles from Paphos. Perfect evenings can be spent enjoying Cypriot cuisine at the traditional waterside tavernas where the fresh fish and seafood is excellent.

With two modern and well equipped international airports, you will that find many of the charter and budget airlines fly to the island all year round, as well as many scheduled flights from all over Europe.

Both of the Cypriot airports are situated on the South coast of the Island with Paphos airport, in the west, dealing mainly with charter flights whereas Larnaca airport, in the east, has both charter and a wide variety of scheduled flights.

We can arrange a hire car (or taxi transfer) to be waiting for you at the airport. We provide detailed driving instructions from Larnaca and Paphos airports to our villa.
