The villa is surrounded by nothing more than olive trees with the nearby coastal village of Latchi a very short drive. At Latchi you will find a laid back Cypriot village with sandy beaches and waterfront tavernas/bars. Local life surrounds the fishing harbour making an interesting focal point.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Large patio doors overlook the pool and open on to the private terrace. The twin bedrooms each have patio doors with pool and garden views. An additional folding bed can be provided, if required, for an additional child. The villa has 2 large modern bathrooms.

The large pool, set in well tended gardens, is totally private with no overlooking nearby villas. The private pool and sea views create a perfect holiday setting.

The Paphos region

Villa Sotiris is the perfect choice for those who wish to enjoy Cyprus within a traditional and quiet setting. It is a delightfully private villa with secluded pool, sea views and just a very short distance to nearby sandy beaches and tavernas.

Old Harbour in Paphos you will find the Tombs of the Kings. The tombs are impressive enough to be worthy of kings. They are burial caves carved into the bedrock of the hill and decorated with Doric columns and capitals which date from the 4th century BC. You can freely walk about the place once inside, searching through the rooms of the tombs, with some parts underground About 2 miles northwards of the being carved into the rock.

The Latchi area

Latchi is a pretty peaceful fishing village surrounded by vibrant green countryside and farmland. Located on the border of the Akamas Peninsula on the north west coast of Cyprus, this traditional Cypriot resort is just 2 miles from Polis and around 15 miles from Paphos. Perfect evenings can be spent enjoying Cypriot cuisine at the traditional waterside tavernas where the fresh fish and seafood is excellent.

With two modern and well equipped international airports, you will that find many of the charter and budget airlines fly to the island all year round, as well as many scheduled flights from all over Europe.

Both of the Cypriot airports are situated on the South coast of the Island with Paphos airport, in the west, dealing mainly with charter flights whereas Larnaca airport, in the east, has both charter and a wide variety of scheduled flights.

We can arrange a hire car (or taxi transfer) to be waiting for you at the airport. We provide detailed driving instructions from Larnaca and Paphos airports to our villa.
