3 bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom, very spacious wardrobe and private balcony. A large kitchen diner with modern Italian fittings opens out to an airy lounge with 3 sofa beds. From here floor-to-ceiling picture windows overlook the private landscaped garden, private pool and 50 miles of bay view beyond. The garden extends right round the villa, with barbeque area to the side. A very large first floor roof terrace presents the view at it?s most spectacular, the perfect place for an early evening Gin & Tonic, also the sunrise from here is awe inspiring.

Sage Villa is set on a hillside above Latchi Harbour, so there?s easy access to beaches with crystal clear waters and all Latchi Marina has to offer.

The Paphos region

As with all beaches near Latchi, the water's as clear as it's possible to be. The expanse of sand and pebbles seems to go on forever and all framed by the mountains in the distance.

The Latchi area

Latchi's once tiny fishing harbour has been transformed into a modern marina, but it's still kept its laid back charm. Old stone fronted fish warehouses have been turned into restaurants, tavernas, shops and places of recreation. Mouth watering fresh fish comes straight off the boats and onto the grills of the eateries lining the harbour and beach front.

Paphos airport is the nearest airport which is 30 minutes by car. Regular airlines fly from the U.K. direct to Paphos all year around. Easyjet, Thomas Cook Airlines, Thomson Flights, Jet2 and Cyprus Airlines are to name a few. Avis, Hertz, Budget all hire cars from either Paphos Airport or can be delivered to the villa.
