This luxurious Villa can be found in the traditional village of Droushia. The villa is tastefully furnished to a high level offering uninterrupted views of the sea, bay and mountains.
When entering the villa you will find a large airy stylish lounge / dining area with lovely furnishing, TV, DVD and Satellite TV.
There is a large custom made, modern kitchen which is well equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and many more modern appliances. You will also find a small washroom to the side of the kitchen with a washing machine, iron and iron board for your convenience.
The villa has 2 Double rooms, one of which is ensuite and 1 twin roomwhich is also ensuite.
There is a guest WC / shower room on the lower level of the villa.
The outside area is well kept with paving around the pool and a small garden offing a Cypriot style BBQ and at the back of the villa there is a small herb garden for guests to enjoy

The Paphos District
Paphos is an ancient city which was once the capital of Cyprus. It is known for its historical monuments, one of which is the Archaeological Park situated near to Paphos Fort. You will also find numerous mosaics at the House of Dionysos which is situated on Paphos Harbour. A short walk away from the harbour stands the Tomb of the kings which was an ancient burial ground dating back thousands of years. The whole town has been declared an UNESCO Heritage Site so where ever you find yourself in Paphos you will see something somewhere reminding you of the towns ancient past.
Paphos is not just about the past as the town is very much about the present to. The nightlife is great with many pubs and clubs and you will find numerous restaurants offering something to suit all taste buds whether its Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Cypriot or Seafood, you will be spoilt for choice. The most popular and defiantly the most recommended way to enjoy the local food is to sample a traditional Cypriot Meze, this consists of many dishes that are brought to you slowly throughout the night which is a very sociable way of eating. The meze consists of local dips, breads, salad, seafood, meat and various local vegetable dishes and can be tailored to your liking with lots of local wine to wash it all down.
Paphos is great for shopping and in the Old town you will find many shops including a daily market selling everything from local produce to soveineers for taking home.
Paphos has been seducing those who have come to the Island for thousands of years and really does have something to suit everyone
Polis & Latsi
Polis is a small village on the North West coast of Cyprus. There are no hotels in Polis which gives this area a very tranquil feeling offering a very relaxed way of life.
The main village square is where everything is happening. There are many cobbled streets around this area with lots of local shops selling anything from local produce to souvenirs including, lace & leather.
When it comes to food you will be spoilt for choice, there are many small restaurants and cafes offering a relaxed atmosphere serving the very best local cuisine.
Lachi is just along the coast from Polis and is centered around the main harbor in the area. The harbor is still very much a working harbor so you will be able to watch the local fishermen going about their day to day business.
There is a long stretch of sandy/pebble beach which is never overcrowded and stretches from the harbor all the way up to the Akamas Nation Park.
You will find many restaurants around the harbor making it an ideal place to sit back relax and enjoy the local catch of the day.
At night the harbor comes to life offering a great atmosphere with music & great food which makes this an ideal spot to enjoy an evening with friends.
From this area you can explore the baths of Aphrodite where Legend has said that Aphrodite bathed with her lover Adonis, it is also said that if you bathe in the waters you will be blessed with the secret of eternal youth, (Good luck).
The scenery from this area is spectacular offering you unspoiled views of the peninsula and the Akamas National Park which is also ideal for walking tours as there are many walking trails throughout the Park.
The villa is situated in a row of private peaceful villas in the village of Droushia which attracts people looking for a peaceful holiday. The village has around 400 occupants and is in a position to enjoy views of the seaside resorts of Polis and Latchi, the Akamas peninsula and the Troodos Mountains.
The village of Droushia is a 25 minute drive from Paphos and only a 10 minute drive from Polis & Latchi.
