Marina View is a stunning, large two story villa in Latsi. Near to Aphrodite's Baths in the Akamas Peninsula it has impressive views over both the sea and the mountains. This luxury property is furnished to a high standard and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest wc.
The ground floor houses a beautifully furnished and comfortable lounge area with wall mounted flat screen TV and fireplace. This leads out onto a covered patio and the private pool area, complete with sun loungers and table & chairs, and to the beautiful, large garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. and there is a separate utility room with washing machine.
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a further large family bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms.
Villa Marina View also boasts a large private pool in a gently sloping landscaped garden with many beautiful plants. It has an outdoor BBQ area and private, off road parking.

Conditions
Q) What is the minimum length of stay?
A) Usually, a minimum 7 night stay is required. Sometimes we may accept shorter bookings if availability allows. In peak season we may charge a premium for shorter breaks.
Q) On which days do bookings usually commence?
A) Generally bookings commence on Saturdays or Wednesdays, however this may be flexible subject to availability
Q) How is payment made and how much do I pay?
A) Payment can be made directly into our bank account or by credit/debit card. A non-refundable deposit of at least 30% is required within three days. A booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit is received in cleared funds. The balance of your booking is due at least one month before your arrival date. If you would like to pay for your holiday by credit/debit card, please request our authorisation form, which can then be returned by fax or email.
Q) Are the rates per person or for the entire Villa?
A) Rates are for the entire villa.
Q) Are the prices in Sterling or Euro?
A) All our prices are in Euro. However, you may be able to pay in Sterling direct to our sterling bank account, at the exchange rate plus premium for conversion, on the day of payment. Please contact us if you wish to do so.
Q) What is your cancellation policy?
A) In the event of cancellation, no refund will be made. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance.
The Paphos region
Once the capital of Cyprus, Paphos has a history that dates back thousands of years. Modern Paphos is split into two parts, the upper part being the old town known locally as “Ktima”, and the lower part by the coast known as “Kato Paphos”. The upper part of the town contains the main commercial centre, with banks, shops and modern museums. The bustling lower ‘port’ part of the town contains many restaurants, gift shops and most of the historic sites. Paphos is rich in ancient and natural sites, which is reflected in the fact that it is included in the UNESCO list of World Cultural Heritage Sites, and many of these sites date back to the Roman Ages.
Just to the North of Paphos, approximately 15 mins drive is the popular resort of Coral Bay with it’s Blue Flag beach, many restaurants & tavernas and tourist shops.
The Latchi area
The tranquil port of Latsi is located just outside Polis. Polis is a small seaside town located on the north western 'tip' of the island. Polis Chryschous, its full name, means Golden Town in Greek, and the area is now favoured by those seeking a relaxing holiday. The Polis area extends along the coast beyond the town and is dotted with picturesque fishing villages such as Latsi itself. The charming village of Argaka nestles just outside of Polis town, amongst unspoilt, lush green hillsides. Also within easy reach of the splendid Akamas National Park, this is a truly beautiful area.
