The swimming pool is only a few steps away, the kid's park only a little further and with the large terrace complete with patio set and two sun loungers (not shown in photo), makes the apartment perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
No expense has been spared to ensure you stay in luxury - the 3 seater sofa bed, the single bucket chair, solid wood coffee table and dining table complete the lounge area. In bedroom 1, the single mattresses can be zipped together to form a Superking size bed, which adds to your comfort. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample hanging space and air conditioning is fitted in all rooms.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Las Terrazas Golf Resort is situated within the region of Murcia along the Costa Calida and the beaches are some of the best in the area. The Mar Menor is a popular destination among all ages and includes the famous La Manga strip.
The historic towns of Murcia and Cartagena are within a 30 minute drive and offer traditional museums, restaurants, bars as well as shopping centres and modern leisure facilities.
With an average daily temperature of 21 degrees and over 300 days of sunshine, the Murcia area offers a lovely climate all year round.
Las Terrazas de la Torre area
Las Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort is currently still incomplete - the site of the apartment is WELL away from the current construction site for the golf course and there is NO danger for people staying on the site.
Located next to the growing town of Roldan makes the apartment location perfect with lots of various bars and restaurants to choose from. ALL the facilities of La Torre are available and are only a short 5 minute drive away. There you have use of their bars, restaurants and of course, the Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course should you wish although within a 3o minute drive there are over another 6 to choose from including La Manga, Roda Golf, Mar Menor and Hacienda del Alamo.
How to get there
Nearest airport San Javier/Murcia (MJV) 10 mins or Alicante 55 mins.
Most of the budget airlines fly to both of these airports including Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2, BMIbaby, Flybe, Monarch, My travel lite and Flyglobespan.
