Patio doors leading to large terrace with patio furniture.The complex is totally secured by high walls & large entry gates with intercom so only residents and people staying at the complex can gain access.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife has a year-round warm, yet gentle, climate and, for this reason, is known as the Island of Eternal Spring. Situated in the Atlantic Ocean, over the Tropic of Cancer and off the West coast of Africa, it is the largest of the Canary Islands.

Las Chafiras / Biltmore area

This up and coming area, located 5 minutes from the South airport, has been the core of huge development in the last two years. Previously a predominantly commercial/industrial area the recent developments have turned it into an ideal location to live. There are a huge variety of shops, restaurants and banks in this area and direct motorway access makes it incredibly easy to commute to any part of Tenerife (Los Cristianos being less than 10 minutes drive) Connected to El Médano beach via the Montaña Roja nature reserve is La Tejita beach, a one-kilometre long beach of fine golden sand that is set well away from the town. Right next to the spectacular Montaña Roja is this small cove which makes a cosy beach, mainly used by nudists. This beach has no facilities, except a small stand selling drinks. However, it is exactly this natural environment, its clean sand, and calm waters that attract visitors to this beach.

Situated at the bottom of a mountain, idea for walkers or a relaxing holiday. Ideally located 5 mins drive from airport. 20mins walk from to both Golf Del Sur and Amiarillo Golf courses or 5 mins drive. San Blas a 5 min drive away has many bars and restaurants to suit all, including Chinese, Indian, Italian and English.
Supermarkets nearby.
The complex is only 400 metres from the main T1 motorway which gives easy access to the whole of the island.
Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only a 10 minute drive away.

Beautifully kept gardens and water feature. Children's swimming pool, plus 2 large pools 1 including jacuzzi. Poolside showers.

Conditions

Deposit of £100 required with booking non-refundable for cancellations. Deposit will be retained until keys have been returned and the apt has been checked. Any loss damage or breakages will be deducted from deposit. Deposit will be returned on satisfactory inspection of property. The full price of the booking is payable 8 weeks prior to traveling.Preferably no smoking but if you have to smoke could you please smoke on the terrace and dispose of buts suitably.
