A beautiful 4 bedroom, townhouse ideal for a large family or family groups, located in a secure complex with community swimming and paddling pools. This executive style home can comfortably accommodate two families with its 4 double bedrooms containing a total of 2 double beds and 4 single beds.
The ground floor consists of a fully furnished lounge and dining room with TV, DVD and radio and provides direct access to the large furnished terrace and BBQ area. There is a separate kitchen with plenty of cupboards and work space, washing machine, dishwasher, family sized fridge, complete cooking facilities and is fully equipped to cater up to 10 people at any one time. There is also a toilet and washroom off the hall. The second two floors each consist of 2 double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom. The two master bedrooms have private balconies with café table and chairs. They are fully equipped with linen and towels for up to 10 people.
So as to make your stay as wonderful as you would wish it to be, the owners of this home have fitted it out to an extremely high standard and have made every effort to cater for all your needs.
It is located in peaceful area only 5 minutes drive from Golf del Sur, with its famous golf courses, marina and restaurants further along the coast there are holiday towns to the north, such as Los Abrigos and El Medino and to the south Los Cristianos and Las Americos. All only 10 mins drive away.
Because it is about 10 minutes walk to the local shopping and bus services it is recommended that a hire car be considered and for your convenience this can be arranged for you at very reasonable rates at the time you make your holiday booking.

The Tenerife region
Golf del Sur is located on the south coast of the Island with the imposing volcano of mount Teide in the centre of the island less than an hours drive away. It is worth the time to take a trip up to the top of the volcano and on the way up you drive through a village called Villaflor, which is the highest village in the whole of Spain, including the mainland. The south is renowned for it's beaches, sun and night life and it's variety of sports with world class golf courses and Wind Surfing at the internatianally renowned location of El Medino. Glass bottom boats for whale and dolphin watching, deep sea fishing and Loro Parque are all very popular excursions available.
After visiting Mount Teide, head west and you will find the best black sand beaches along this stretch of the coast and there are some wonderful Spanish towns and villages such Masca, with its legendary pirate history. The northern end of Tenerife is well known for its wine growing regions, there are many vineyards that welcome visitors and will give a tour of the bodegas and sample the many wines on offer. Also in the northern end are the forests and mountainous drives and walks to be had.
Las Chafiras / Llano del Camello area
Llano del Camello is a new Residential district located in Las Chafiras. While shopping and services are currently 10 minutes walk away, in the near future this area will have its own shopping centre, Gymnasium, Cinema and tennis courts. Located just outside Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf it is also close to the motorway, so Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only 10 min away by bus our car.
How to get there
Fly to Reina Sofia Airport (Tenerife South). Residencia Malvasia is just 10mins from the airport. There is a taxi rank directly outside arrivals area of the airport and it will cost approximately 15 euros. Ask the taxi driver to take you to Llano del Camello in Las Chafiras - Residencia Malvasia. Alternatively a hire car can be arranged in advance, from which you will be met from your flight and directed to Residencia Malvasia. You are about 15 minutes walk from shops, buses and restaurants.
